Appraisals & Estate Sales by Lottie

A lot of these Estate Sale companies are all about service, and I love picking these sales because you never know what you'll find. Most companies are great, and the staff are great and friendly, and treat all customers like guests. However, we very rarely attend this company's sales anymore because of the behavior of the owner. On multiple occasions we have heard her mock and complain about customers once they left the sale...an extreme in unprofessional behavior. We witnessed this multiple times, and even caught her complaining about us when we re-entered the sale when she thought we had left. My wife has decades in retail, and this type of behavior in a retail setting infuriates her...it's her "BAD VENDOR, DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!" button, and this owner pressed it, stepped on it, and taped it down. On the flip side, her husband works the sales and he is always friendly. It does not, however, make up for the behavior of the queen bee.We choose where we spend our money, and we choose not to spend it with someone who mocks us and others behind our backs.

I have known Lottie & Tim for many years and have shopped their wonderful Estate Sales for as long as I can remember. They are two of the Nicest & Trustworthy people you could ever meet honestly; their estate sales are professionally run and their staff are Exceptional. All of them are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The sales are incredibly organized and alot of fun to shop. As a shopper I believe sometimes we forget that the Estate sale co has to balance and walk a fine line between pleasing us as buyers and also the sellers of which is often a family's estate. This is a very difficult job and I highly recommend them without hesitation. Thank you Lottie & Tim for offering all the Great sales and may 2025 bring you lots of Peace & Prosperity! Lynne

I've been buying from Lottie close to 2 years now!!! She has amazing sales and she's so knowledgeable about what she offers and pricing reflects it. Her sales are well organized and she and her husband, Tim are both extremely helpful! I don't want to say staff because they are more like family, service is consistently with a smile and a willingness to help you. They are all kind, courteous and friendly! Lottie herself always has a smile for you and a welcoming attitude! I love the picture gallery of teaser items she posts days before the actual sale. And of course we all love their precious dog, Rosie! Shopping at her sale is such a worthwhile experience and I'm going to have a beautiful new apartment because of all my purchases from Lottie's sales from larger pieces of furniture to a pretty pair of tie backs or a beautiful silver tray!
