The delivery people were horrible. I paid just under $100 & the first thing they say to me when they show up is that I have to make a special walkway in the snow for them. Which I didn't do because they could just drive their vehicle up to my garage, which they did. Then they tell me that I have to remove all the food in the refrigerator, which I understand, but they were jerks about it. Then when they're DONE they're like, hey your refrigerator is the right height for the cutout in your kitchen, but there is a computer board on top that won't let us put it in there, so just leave it a foot out from where it should be. This makes it hard to walk into the kitchen & makes the whole thing look horrible. WTF? The only positive thing I can say is I don't think they stole anything.

We were billed for a $99 service call for some guy to come out and look at the washer and look some things up on google and YouTube to then say it would be more to fix it then it's worth. It was a mid grade Whirlpool that was 14 months old... the man didn't even move or touch the machine. Complete waste of time and resources for us to leave the office to come home and be told what Google's opinion was. Will never do business with Appliance Solutions again.

DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER!! Horrible service! I purchased appliances 2 weeks ago and still don't have them. They were to be delivered Monday but someone called in sick and next available day was Friday I asked for a credit for my inconvenience. I was offered $30 but didn't get it. Friday came and they sold me the wrong oven and microwave. The delivery guy Jose was rude. Called to get right items. The oven was in stock and $200 cheaper but didn't receive that credit either. They don't know when they can be delivered. Maybe Thursday or Friday. I asked for a refund yesterday. The guy said I need to talk to my salesman Joey so he called me back to tell me a need to talk to manager tomorrow. So they have my almost $3000 and I'm going on 2 weeks with a house without appliances. Today a manger called me back and I now have to wait 7-10 days for a refund.

Worst customer service. They say they have the best but it is far from it. You buy from them and it breaks the first week and it takes them a week before they can get someone there to fix it. You call them and they put u on hold for 10 min. Worst experience I've had and I will never buy from here again!

This is the place to shop for appliances. Just had my new fridge delivered by Chris and Chris, two of the most professional delivery guys I've ever seen. So careful not to damage door facing and walls and their cheerfulness these days seems rare. I'll never shop anywhere else!

Suzie is the reason they get 5 stars. She made right what the salesperson did wrong. We have shopped here for almost 10 years. She is the redeeming quality of this store. :) call her if you need anything!

We got a great deal on a new washer and dryer here. We have a pickup truck and like to do as much as we can for ourselves, so we didn't deal with delivery. They were great about loading them into our truck for us, though, as I was still at work when my wife picked them up. The only hitch was that they told us they would call when the units were ready to pick up (they said before noon) but never did. We called later and they had been ready.

Terrible customer service. We told them the washer would be located in the basement. They set up delivery accordingly. Guy gets here and won't deliver to the basement and leaves. Office says "sorry ma'am" and doesn't assist to get a quick re-delivery. IT WAS THEIR FAULT
