BEWARE! I paid more than I was suppose to and they are refusing on giving me a refund and they are saying I didn't pay anything and need to return my machine.. My insurance agent had to call & has been calling and talking to Shannon & Lynn. My insurance agent called them to try to get this resolved and had to tell them I have proof with my signature and Their signature that I paid in full and that lit a fire.. Both my insurance agents have been trying to get this resolved for a week now & when they call the 2 ladies keep sending them in circles and telling them to contact billing. Well billing didn't give the refund the manager did.Update: Got a call from the manager to resolve this issue and get my refund finally. The manager there is a nice man so if you have any problems ask for the manager
