The burgers are great and the fries are fresh. I don't visit frequently but it's a great option .

This is a fast food type of restaurant that makes gluten free burgers and fries and fried pickles and fried mushrooms and french fries and sweet potato fries. I believe they have a gluten-free dedicated fryer. We got the slapjack and it was tasty. My wife got the pineapple slice burger good. The workers were great and even checked on us mid meal. we went first thing in the morning on a Sunday so it was a little slow but worth the wait.

What happened to this place? Quality went to pot. Burgers are overcooked and like card board pucks. They stopped doing customer appreciation day Wednesday evenings except for a few burgers.Now when I call them out for charging us more than the prices listed on their menu, they tell me oops they have the wrong menu prices up! They change to higher priced items on Wednesday across the board. So you aren't saving any money on 1/2 price burger night since all is the burgers are $2-3 more.How shady and disrespectful. It's a shame the founders sold this place. We won't even come here anymore. We used to love Angus Jack.

Having to give this place 3 stars.... Although I really want to give a full 5 but this visit was not the quality I have come to expect from Angus Jacks I have experienced in the past. Truly I should give less than 3. First, upon arriving at the drive through window the dude greeting us was whispering.... Like not exaggerating WHISPERING! When I ordered he repeated back to me twice and I finally said,"I literally cannot hear you". Even my daughter in the car said it felt super weird. We placed our order. When the window shut the guy turned to another worker and they were having a pleasant convo, laughing and such, that ...yes I could hear.... This I felt was so unprofessional. I felt like he was whispering on purpose to me just to make it harder to hear. I have celiac and I have to be extremely careful when eating out.... hence why we came to AJ. They have ALWAYS been reliable and trustworthy with cross contamination and I love their fries! When I ordered I said I needed gluten free for allergy purposes. They were out of gfree bread so I just had the AJ burger no bread and fries. Well, this time I got sick and stayed sick for days. I was super discouraged as I knew this was the only outlier that caused the sickness. I am really hoping this is a one time thing and not a true reflection of AJ, however I seriously doubt we will ever return. Management needs to have a convo with their team to talk about customer care, professionalism and just being respectful.

$43 for 3 burgers, 2 small orders of burned fries (no ketchup or sauce), 2 drinks, one of which was supposed to be root beer but they were out. Drive through order took 30 minutes. There is a reason they don't have reviews enabled on their Facebook page.

I hope these folks pull it together. I used to really enjoy this place. First paid $25 for a single cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger with 1 order of onion strings, no drink. Paid for extra cheese on the dbl and did not get it. Second ordered milk shake for my granddaughter, and the " blender was broken". Last straw, the burgers were burnt beyond belief. The sign outside said Eat Local, which I always do. My comment to them is... I tried, show some pride in your service, food quality and patrons!

Really the best thing was the fried mushrooms and sauce. The rest left much to be desired. From the dry flavorless hamburger, which was shocking as it had mushrooms and cheese to the watered down soda the food was at best 3 stars. The slow drive through and incorrect pricing made this a real two star experience.

Favorite burger place in NWA. They offer multiple GF options which is a nice treat. Food always tastes fresh. Family never complains, never had a bad experience. Sad when the Bentonville location closed.

Great burgers. They USED to be very greasy and soggy but now they are just right. One of the best burger joints in Springdale. Definitely recommend.

I stopped to dine in. A lady was at the counter when I went inside but never acknowledged me, went to the back, and never returned. I waited at the counter and finally left after about 5 minutes. I didn't get to try their food, but it smelled good in there.
