I ignored the other bad reviews because Andrew did good work for me in the past. However, this time I felt pretty taken advantage of and when I complained, was only met with excuses, much like his response to another Yelp review. I had a leak in my shower, so asked for them to find it for me. They did find the leak and I authorized for them to rip out the shower to make sure they got it stopped, since I planned a bathroom remodel, anyway. I didn't hear from them again until I called after a $2100 charge hit my credit card! Apparently, the plumber he sent needed help carrying the shower panels and hauling debris, but instead of bringing in unskilled labor, charged me $150/hr each x 2 plumbers to haul debris! To make matters worse, they removed my perfectly functioning toilet, with no real explanation. Due to our contractor being busy, I knew it might be months before our remodel, so asked them to replace the toilet. They did return and replace the toilet, without additional charge (but didn't refund the amount I paid 2 plumbers to remove it and dispose of it). However, he installed it incorrectly, leading to a leak that is costing me thousands of dollars of damage downstairs from the toilet, since everything we put in the toilet ended up in the walls and ceiling downstairs! When I confronted Andrew and even provided pictures of the incorrectly installed toilet, he just defended his employee and made excuses. An apology and an offer to make it right would have gone a long way to fixing this issue. As it is, trust is lost. If a plumber can't even install a toilet correctly, what else will be done incorrectly? Then to not take responsibility? That shows lack of integrity.

I was in a bind to get work done. The plumber charged me $2,000 for 2 1/2 hours of work. Less than 8 feet of pipe was replaced so the materials was less than $100.00, I was ripped off. I will never use them again.

Called this past Monday morning. No live answer, just leave a message. I did. No response Monday. Called again this afternoon over 24 hours later. No live response, just leave a message. It's 8:08PM. No response.There is no option for selecting a ZERO star for NO RESPONSE. How nice it must be to just throw away potential business.It will be very heartbreaking for me to call the excellent business person who referred this business to us and give him an earful.The five star reviews are from people who must live next door to this one.
