Do not park in their private parking space 24/7. Park on the street or another place. Don't give them a dime. The violations are ludicrous and they don't reply to any disputes unless your formally report them. Businesses, customers, visitors avoid them at all cost.

Wasn't a big fan of the company from the beginning but after being stuck in an elevator for over and hour I will not continue my business with them. The buildings elevators are extremely old and slow. While stuck in the elevator, the emergency button did not work. I called the company and they did nothing after 30 mins. I had to contact the fire department on my own. The fan also did not work in the middle of August. Not a great way to start my morning. :/ Will be taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same. At least I get an interesting story out of it.

If there was a way to give this company a negative star I would. Their kiosk did not apparently take my transaction, and when I contacted them to say I had made every effort to pay, they treated me like some kind of thief, over a few dollars! Beware!!

It seems like every other day the elevator in the garage at civic center isn't working. When you have severe asthma and a handicap placard it's to cut down on excess walking. But no, you have to park on level 2 or higher with no working elevator.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst company. No ethics at all. They should be banned from owning land in Tulsa or anywhere. I will NEVER park in any lot owned by this company again. Park ANYWHERE else. It isn't worth the headache. They fine you even if you pay so your $2.00 parking spot will be $25.

Beware. I parked here for over three (3) years. In that time, I was constantly harassed, my car took a beating & I was even subjected to being chased by one of their insane garage workers. Please also reference the Tulsa Better Business Bureau for more reviews (which will largely mirror this one) before choosing to leave your car there. My car was recently booted for "speeding" which wasn't clocked, but judged by the eye of a passer by. When I called the number on the notice on my windshield to express my complete shock & concern that a terrible mistake had been made, I was summoned to an underground (and otherwise closed & locked) office with all the curtains drawn & was held there for over half an hour while an older man & woman harassed me, yelled at me, tried to pin various tickets on me that were posted to the vehicle I drive YEARS before I even owned the vehicle. I was wise enough to record all of this with my cell phone, but it was still a TERRIFYING experience, as a smaller-sized, single woman. Before removing the boot & releasing me from their hold, they made me give them all the cash in my purse & only then did they release me. I have since moved parking garages & am thrilled with my new one, but American Parking Downtown continues to try to extort money from me. I'm at a complete loss.
