We had a nightmare experience with this company. First, one of us had to take a day off of work and wait around the whole day, only to have to call at 5 pm and be told they had forgotten to schedule us. Then, he had to leave our kid's birthday party to deal with the forgotten delivery. During the whole process, the movers refused to do anything they were asked to do (we did not ask them to install it, but they seem insistent that that's what we asked for.) We were told previously that delivery included bringing the dryer in and placing it where it was wanted, and removing the old dryer. They were clear that Installation was another thing and we had to buy parts for it. This is what we expected. Instead, we had to demand that they remove the old dryer (which they yanked out of the wall without unplugging) and dragged it outside, leaving marks in our stairwell. They were complaining and rude the entire time. When I called to ask for a refund (because we paid $90 to be treated like trash the entire time and ended up having to move it ourselves after all) the employee told me he could not give one because the two men on the truck agreed on what happened (as if they would ever admit to doing a bad job). Even though my neighbors and my husband all agreed on what happened as well (because they woke their baby while dragging the old dryer outside and sent their oldest out to see what was happening, and he saw the rest of the interaction). While I was telling him what happened, I heard one of the delivery men start SCREAMING at me in the background of the call and the employee had to quickly mute their side. And this man now knows where we live! The employee also tried to tell me that I only paid $60 for delivery, when I have a receipt claiming otherwise I had wanted to give this company a chance because I was very excited to have a store near my home, but never again will I make this mistake. It was one headache after another culminating in a lot more stress than I would have experienced had I just picked it up myself or gone elsewhere. I ended up paying the same price that I would have at Lowe's anyway. From now on, I will be taking my business there. I guess I paid $90 to learn how garbage this store is.

I wish I could give negative stars. Horribly rude customer service. Price was too high for the cheap material value. Selection was terrible. They claim to offer same day delivery but, they say they don't have to if they don't want to.
