American best inn

We are all about supporting saving small businesses, but this place is HORRID. Rat poo on our bed. Rotten mold in the ac. Gave us a key to the wrong room and opened to discover a FILTHY bed, insulation all over the place, Pepsi cup in sheets. At 4 am a man opened my mother's room door and tried to walk in. He had a KEY TO HER ROOM. She is 78 and was terrified. I spoke with the owner and he tried to give an explanation. There is no valid excuse- security is a TERRIBLE issue here. We were polite as we spoke about it and truly hope he can fox this place. Our bathtub was FULL of mud. Filthy carpet- FILTHY. Broken glass all over parking area. Long-term residents are filthy- broken down cars, garbage everywhere. I could go on and on- but my husband worded it perfectly- there is NOTHING right about this place. Nothing.

Been Working in Perry for a little over a Month and this place has provided great service. They try to stay on top of things but if you request something that you need for the room they will get it done. It my not be the greatest place but it is definitely not bad at all. Great prices and weekly rates. Has a lot of potential with a bar, pool, lounge area with pool tables and even a spot for a restaurant if someone was looking to go into business. Overall I'm content with my stay.

The staff is nice great prices great location I definitely suggest staying here if you're passing through or if you're working around the area

If i could give this place 0 stars, thats what it would be. Bed bugs were found, i will not stay in a place that has them. They offered another room but that doesnt solve the problem if the place already has bed bugs. I want a refund the refused ....flat out ridiculous cause its their problem

Mom and pops type place, friendly staff, prices hard to beat, with daily being 49 +tax, weekly 211 +tax, monthly 711+ tax, big property, good rooms, doubles queens or kings available, truck parking is welcome, large acres of land available for use, restaurant facility that's needing business occupancy, Dining room that's open to public for venue use for large dinners etc. Bar and pool coming soon

What a great place to stay. Huge rooms, extremely clean. Recently stayed for a week and I had such a great stay. The front desk was extremely helpful and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable without being invasive. The rooms are extremely clean and the beds and linens are not only super clean but sooo comfy. Couldn't believe how cheap their rates are will always stay here when I'm in Perry. Thank you to the staff you're the best!

Horrible place to stay. Smells horrid rooms are disgusting staff is unprofessional tv does not work. They charged Me twice I called and was polite to them about getting it fixed I waited over a week for them to take care of it and they never did this place should be shutdown. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!
