I was recently given a jewelry gift by my daughter from your store. She purchased the Christmas gift early and by the time she gave it to me (I live out of town) it was past your unacceptable 10 day customer return window. The gift needed to be returned and could have easily been exchanged or my daughter could have been given store credit. Your clerk would do neither and didn't even look at her receipt! 10 days is just not an acceptable window for good customer service! There are so many scenarios where 10 days is just not enough time if something doesn't work out. I have never seen a store with less than 30 day return policy and most stores have 90 days. Sorry Amber and Marie, you have lost a few more customers over this as we have shared this shameful customer support story with friends. Don't treat your customers like they are your enemies. You need to value good customers with respect as well as change your return policy!

I went here for a last minute hoco sign. I was hoping to get a Jellycat because I haven't been able to get them anywhere. They had a great selection and from the second that I entered the door a nice lady helped me and went through a ton of options with me. Regardless of the fact that I went in 10 minutes before close, every single employee in there was amazing. Upon checking out all of the ladies at the front were giving me advice for the sign and overall making the experience amazing. I got to say that these are some of the nicest ladies I've ever met! Definitely going to keep coming back!

I ordered three candles from Amber Marie. When I received them, two of them were fine, but the third one--the flicking wick--was bent. I called Amber Marie to tell them, and I was told that because they were sent by UPS, I would have to deal with UPS and not them. I will not be ordering online from them again. It is too bad because Rebecca Robeson orders her Christmas Decorations from them, and I love Rebecca Robeson's Christmas.

I have shopped at Amber Marie for quite some time, usually the experience is pleasant. However, redeeming a gift card or making a return is close to impossible. My last trip to Amber Marie was today. I went in to return a gift given to me for my birthday in mid July. The woman who assisted me was dismissive, impatient, and rude. When I mentioned that I couldn't come back to the store if I was going to get treated that way, she responded, "good!"

Great store. The major down fall is they stay open only until 6pm everyday even on Saturdays. Which makes it hard for people who work until 5 or later (which is the majority of the population) to ever get a chance to go shop there.
