Stop, stop, STOP. Whatever else you're thinking about going to eat, just forget about it. You've found the place you're looking for. This place is the best bbq in Oklahoma, and I know that's a bold statement for something out of a trailer, and yet it's true. These guys just took over ownership a couple weeks ago so I expect it to get even better with time. TULSA IS WINNING.I absolutely stalk good bbq places and so I usually don't put too much stock in them meeting me expectations. But when you see Nick pull that brisket out of that brown waxed paper and watch the jiggle as he slices through that amazing bark, you'll realize you've hit the jackpot. We grabbed the food for 2 and it was an incredible sampler of all of their meats. And the sides... GET THE BACON CHEESE GRITS. Holy moly rolly poly that little styrofoam cup should come with a warning label because it's absolutely ridiculous. The chicken was so juicy, I was almost more impressed by it honestly. But brisket of this tier is just such a rare find... the other two with me easily admitted it was the best they've had in their entire life. Ribs too.We also didn't expect to be able to find an open patio on a Saturday, but the outdoor space provided created such a laid back experience with the outdoor tables I felt like I could kick back, eat some Q and let all the stresses of the world melt away. Go. Just go. Go now.The lines on this place are going to be a mess soon, I'm sure. So get there now before everyone and their dog starts standing in line until they sell out like a certain unnamed Ft Worth place I know.

Yummmm! Met my husband here for lunch and wow! I absolutely love good brisket and this was so well cooked that the plastic fork did all the work! The cole slaw was the perfect mixture between sweet and vinegar, the Mac and cheese was smooth, all around a great experience!

My favorite BBQ in Tulsa! I called my order in, and it was ready when I got there in 20 minutes. I got the food for two to-go, which can honestly feed more than two people. It comes with ribs, brisket, sausage, chicken, and baloney. They also give you some pickles, pickled onions, and diced jalapeños, as well as some tortillas, so you can make your own tacos. It also comes with two sides of your choice. I chose esquites (corn) and green chile mac, which were some of the best barbecue sides I've ever had! And there's an area where you can get barbecue sauce as well as plates and utensils.

Fully satisfiedLike choosing the best bourbon or deciding which of your children you love the most, there are 3 'Cue places in Tulsa that need be involved in the discussion of the best. As anyone who has sought them out should realize, they are burn Co., Oakhart, and now Alleycat. There are some stylistic differences. But the same could be said of my beloved children. At present, Alleycat is outdoor only. 11:00 - 2:30 or until they run out, Tues - Sat. But they have big ambitions for the indoor portion of the space forthcoming, including their own parking lot. The big plate "for two" is essentially all the stuff. It is in fact a 3 to 4 man job. And that's what we tried. The green chili mac & cheese offers delightful flavor; the baked beans are definitively spicy but very tasty. The pickle set up --complete with pickled onions and green chilis --is the tastiest I've ever tried. Of the meats, I found smoked chicken drummy, bologna, ribs, brisket, and burnt ends-- to suit my palate in that order. As merely a shooting star flying across the galaxy, I don't know how anyone can beat Oakhart's brisket and Burnco's ribs. But the full penumbra of meats at Alleycat was right there in the discussion.Although quality Cue will never be "cheap," I appreciate that they sell $5-6 tacos for a quick bite snack. Those will be killer when they have their indoor space & open evenings for the bar crowd. 4.5/ 5* on meat & presentation. will be back. well done!

I tried alley cat ranch for the first time last night. Let me tell you that these people know how to do BBQ. The food was tasty and the service came with a smile. The portions were absolutely massive and I look forward to enjoying my leftovers later. It's a no frills food truck, but they have a great location near Hodges's bend and the goat.

Just opened in the last week. This is going to be a welcome addition to the East village. It's a food trailer with a big awning out front. There are parked next to what looks like a old Sinclair gas station. I did not ask if that is their future space. Parking on both the east and west side of the building. The unique thing about the trailer is they are cooking on Tulsa's own Hasty Bake charcoal grills. It was raining when I went so not a huge crowd. Tables under the awning were comfortable. The lady taking my order was very helpful. I should have gotten her name. Service was very prompt. I got the one meat and one side for $12Burnt ends with esquites (Elote)My burnt ends had a very sweet rub. Kind of a small serving maybe 6 ounces or less. I should have asked. Too sweet for me. But very good if sweet Cue is your thing. I am a savory guy not to fond of sweet flavors except desserts. As I was leaving talked with another dude on if he had been there before. He said yes and I asked what he liked. His first answer was bologna. Get the bologna. I love smoked bologna. He also suggested the ribs. I asked if they had sweet rub too. He didn't think so. Esquites we're excellent! This place has huge potential. I will definitely return.

We had this catered to our office....Over smoked. The smoked corn and smoked Mac and cheese tasted like they came out of a house fire. All you can taste is the smoke and not the flavor of the meats. Finally the burnt ends were literally like charcoal brackets.
