Do yourself a favor and order cpap masks and hose online! I went to All Saints and I was floored by their pricing. For a replacement cushion, new hose and two filters it was going to be $224, I told them to forget it! I ordered the exact same items online for less than $100! This company is definitely one example of what is wrong with American healthcare. Maybe they should think about changing their name! All Saints??? Really? Give me a break! All Greedy Bastards might be more appropriate!!

Wow, there is more disfunction and incompetency with this company than I have ever seen. I swear, no matter what i DO. I cannot get my supplies in a timely matter. Sometimes waiting months for a new cushion. I am trying to find another provider.

Simple.I get products from their company - they once told me if times got tough, call and ask them to send you the supplies and they will bill me. Now, times are tough, and I was told that I must pay upfront now. I guess being on time every month paying the bill no longer makes you a good customer.

Horrible billing department staff all about the money and very rude, looking to transfer my business somewhere else. Also it's always a recording when you call and they might get back with you the next day.

Im not sure where to even start. From the beginning it has been a complete headache dealing with this company. While the majority of the staff is polite, the company as a whole is trash. Their procedures are not in the best interest of the customer. They couldn't care less what happens to you on the other side. An employee/contract employee of All Saints met with us on discharge day at the NICU and sent us home without a box of extensions for our baby's new feeding tube. We left with so much personal/hospital equipment that we didn't notice and didn't know any better since it was our first time doing this. Once we realized we needed them, and had been billed for them, they sent out a box to our house nearly 2 weeks later, which then caused our "insurance billing cycle" to get messed up, causing us to have to call and order supplies on different days each month. Some time a few weeks later, our GI Doc prescribed different formula for us to use and sent it through All Saints. Again, we didn't know any better, we were under the impression it should be covered by insurance as medically necessary. All Saints ships us the formula and the employee explicitly says, "We'll call you if insurance doesn't cover this.", as to keep us from paying full price. Nobody ever called. I get a phone call about the next shipment ready to go out and she says that I owe almost $600 for that case of formula. EXCUSE ME?! I was then told insurance did not and will not cover it and I'm also not allowed to return the unopened cans. Mind you, All Saints sells this specific formula for DOUBLE the price that Walmart sells it for. SAME SIZE CAN. Around this time, I put in a reorder for supplies and wait from Monday to Friday for them to arrive. I was advised nothing shipped because insurance was pending due to a ratio change in my baby's feed schedule. What does that have to do with the price of tea in China?? Nobody called to let me know I wouldn't be getting my baby's feeding equipment on time and it was now the weekend. We were going to run out of feed bags. They advised my husband could go to Tulsa himself and pick them up instead of waiting for shipping the following week. A 45 min drive one way. Awesome. Fast forward, I'm now on my last can of formula from the price-gouged case and it is busted and the seal is broken. I couldn't make this stuff up. Along with all the above, they never billed my baby's primary insurance provider for the first 3 invoices and haven't sent me corrected statements still, but they did go ahead and send me a late notice that it's close to collections for non-payment even though I've called multiple times with each incorrect statement that I get. I will be calling in the morning to settle everything and hope I'm cheerful about it...

It shouldn't surprise anyone using All Saints Home Medical the Feedback link in Google is deactivated. If your insurance provider allows any company other than All Saints you should consider their competitors first. Employees generally lack knowledge of practices and procedures and my wife has previously been provided the wrong replacement parts for her in-home medical equipment. The co-pays are close enough in value to be competitive with purchasing supplies from Amazon. I may go there next. If you do use them check their work; check the accuracy of the supplies you procure from them; and check the accuracy of the billing.

The absolute WORST medical company in Tulsa! Customer service is AWFUL!!!They NEVER answer the phone and half the time if they do there's an attitude on the other end of the line.Their billing cycle can fool you if your not careful. If you make payments online, BEWARE that you'll get a paper bill 60 days later that DOESNT reflect the amount you just paid so it can be confusing. By the time you get the paper bill, they send a threatening statement saying you're about to be turned over to collections!

This company continues to spiral downward. hose filled with oxygen as I am on oxygen 24-7. Today this customer service wanna be (or perhaps not) informs me that I will only be allowed 4 tanks. Now listen 2 years ago when I first began using their services it was 8. Then the magic number changed to 6 and now 4? WTH? I asked her for the number to the warehouse and she told me I can't call there they are busy. Every question I asked she was like the devil herself. I don't think I want to be spoken to in that manner so here's the beginning of my next adventure.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I fought for 9 months to get my CPAP supplies approved (after being on a CPAP machine for 7 years). Finally get the approval and order supplies. What do I get after waiting a week for them to arrive? The items I specially said I did not need. So now, I have a heated hose (already have) and a mask with no headgear (do not already have). So I ask, how do you wear a mask without the headgear? And, how hard is it to fill an order correctly?
