Alchemy Macarons

Great macarons but customer service was lacking. The guy working was apathetic and didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Would come back again though to try more flavors of the macarons.

Service is amazing, food tastes great and the ambience is so calming will definitely be back when I am down in the Arkansas area

Stumbled across this place at the mall and it was super cute. Tried the champagne and honey lavender macaroons and they were delicious! They also sell and make teas as well which I want to come back and try.

The macarons are very high quality and taste very good. The staff is very patient when you are trying to figure out what you want . Just amazing

3 starsI am not a macaron fan. I think they are good, but I am not very certain on the appeal of it. I do not think the price is even worth it. However, my SO is a connoisseur. I have to go to big cities like Philly, Dallas, and Houston for a decent macaron. That made me question whether if it is truly worth it.When I got fed up on spending so much on macaron, I finally tried to learn making one thinking that it would be easy and cheaper. I was determined and spend countless hours in YouTube learning. Finally, I was ready and tried it out. I failed miserably and wasted all that almond flour and sugar. My conclusion, buying it in a shop is totally worth it.When Alchemy Macaron opened at Rogers, I was ecstatic. Finally, I can gain favor of my SO and satisfy her craving for macarons. I finally have a place to get my peace offering for moments when she inexplicably became wrathful (hey, it is never my fault). I was so excited to try this place out with hopes that she would like it.I visited the place at around 10:00 AM on a Saturday. I was probably their first customer of the day. This place is really something . I really like the setting of it. The color palette is very simple. Black on White, very modern. It is simple yet it works out very well. The atmosphere really highlights the color of the macaron on the glass cases. And, with the big glass window, you can see the macarons from the outside. I really like the ambiance.However, I think the big glasses can be a bit of a problem. When I went here at 10:00 AM around the beginning of fall, the sun is directly on the shop. With the white color, it is so bright inside. My first impression is that those Goth people will surely have a problem with it. They will surely melt from the brightness of the place. If you are a vampire, my tip is to avoid this place in the morning.Anyway, as I mentioned before, I really like the place. The white highlights give out an impression of cleanliness, and they are really clean. It reminds me of a 5 star hotel restroom with the shiny porcelain commodes. They are so white and clean! I just hope that they stay that way.The staff was very helpful. I asked 6 of their best flavors since they have so many to choose from. I got their 6 pieces box since I just want to try it out first, and I am not in the doghouse yet. They really have some fancy boxes. I really like it. But, when one of the staff asked my if I want to put a ribbon on it, of course, I said yes since it does not cost me extra. They ask me what color of ribbon that I want, I said pink. Then, the problem started since they asked me what kind of pink. I am like "Ummm, is there any other pink than pink?" Come on, they should have known I am a guy. Pink is pink for me. Then, they showed me two pink ribbons. That just blew my mind, very incomprehensible. To just make it simple for my, I just pick the first pink ribbon that they showed me.Now, as for the macaron, my beautiful connoisseur rated it as okay. I was fortunately able try it, but I could not distinguish it from those that I have tried before. I do appreciate it not being too sweet. We were looking forward to try the pistachio. That is the flavor that always pleases us. But, unfortunately, there was a mishap at home where the box got knocked over, and a great Pyrenees scavenger quickly swooped over the the pistachio without us realizing. The only time we found out was when she was chewing it like crazy. So, I suppose this macaron is doggo approved.Overall, I will definitely go back here. I am inclined to try their other offerings. As for their macaron, I have no complains, but because of the price point, I think I will save going here when I inadvertently messed up and gain disapproval from my SO.

These macaroons are absolutely delicious! They have a wide variety of flavors and I have consistently gotten good macaroons here four times. My kids especially love the Smore's and vanilla macaroon. It is an absolutely darling place we love going to when we go to the pinnacle hills mall.

Eeeek!! This tiny little place was a huge surprise for me! I'm now a converted macaron fan and this place is to blame! I was here twice in two days. The decor is fantastic and the staff was friendly. The macarons were versatile and all delicious! And the teas?! Oh gosh, so good!

Delicious macs! What a fun and fresh shop. I love the luxury of macarons and hot tea in a stylish cafe. It feels so Parisian and chic! The flavors are delicious. We sampled peanut butter, vanilla, birthday cake, mango, pistachio, and our favorite, honey lavender. I would definitely return to try more flavors! They accept credit card or mobile payment and have a small in-shop dining area.

This place was seriously so pretty!! It was nice and quiet, marble counters, elegant looking, and the macaroons were so good! The workers there are seriously the sweetest and outgoing! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone willing to try something new or just out to have a nice time!

Fun little shop with great service. Feels like you are getting yourself a present with the presentation of the order of macarons. Friendly service too
