Airtopia Adventure Park

After over a year of being a member here, I think our time has come to an end.The pros:*GREAT for kids 5+*Lots of things to do (but rarely is every attraction open and that's ok, I get that it's probably based on capacity)The cons:*Not ideal for kids under 5 as they will probably get bulldozed by older kids*Staff does not enforce guidelines and even jumped on the same hexagon as my 2 year old once (ummm ????)* "Toddler time" is for discounted pricing only... they allow all ages at all timesMight consider rejoining once all my kids are older!

Came for a kid birthday party and loved it. So much for the kids to do. Games on the upstairs tvs. Beer on tap. Got a delicious tropical mimosa.

Overall our 2 kids had a fun time tonight so Airtopia earned 4 stars. Took off one star as one of the main attractions was closed as our kids just were getting on due to "being short handed." Secondly, the management tonight definitely lacked in the customer service department...hopefully just because they are new and trying to figure it out? Tonight it looked like they only had one person of age who could serve alcohol & he appeared to be severely annoyed when his employee called him out from the back to help. It's never good to let your customers see that. Luckily, most of the other staff were friendly.$140+ (including a $60 arcade card plus the required trampoline socks) & food. They also have pizza, nachos, beer (if they want to or are able to serve it), icees, etc. Be prepared to dish out some cash but your kiddos are guaranteed to have fun! They also offer a club pass with some different perks. Hoping they work out the kinks so the Owasso community will help them thrive.

brought my two year old to jump around, been here a couple of times! been to lots of Airtopias and Skyzones. One of the workers got super rude about my kid getting to close to the middle schoolers stuff, he wasn't even close to it; just running around the tables. Clearly i wouldn't let him touch another persons things. His dad and I were right next to him. They must have been having a bad day or something, but the bullying has got to stop, clearly no one has learned even after a students life was taken. RIP. do better.

The service is horrible. They stereotype people by age and sometimes even race. Theres young boys who always try to bully me and cuss me out, and they never get in trouble, but if i ever was to retaliate or even do the smallest thing wrong they would kick me out or ban me. Sometimes they even kick both me and the other person/people out. They banned me one time just because they felt like it and they "don't like me". They're rude and they are disrespectful if they don't like you. It's bad that they are rude most times and they give bad customer service.

We already loved this place but after our experience with the general manager we are sold! She was so kind and encouraging to my toddler. My toddler wanted to do the rock wall and the GM heard me tell her I think she's too young and she walked over and said if the harness fits safely she could do it. She took it an extra step my walking my daughter through the climb and encouraging her when she fell down. You can tell she has a passion for little ones and it warms my heart seeing someone not just collecting a pay check and actually caring about the children in her facility! The young man pictured is also incredibly helpful and there's another young man that looks similar to him and is also AMAZING with the toddlers I just don't have a picture of him because he was helpful the last time we were here making sure no one hit my daughter in the dodge ball area. Highly recommend airtopia and all of the staff! After tying all of this the other manager (a man) walked up and gave. My daughter a stuffed animal he won testing the claw machine. The staff here is truly like nothing I have ever seen before, thank you so much for such a great experience!

It's a good place to play for toddlers. They wouldn't even let my 5 year old do a cartwheel when there was no one else around. What do we even sign waivers for if a 5 year old can't do a cartwheel on a trampoline with 15 feet of space in between her and the nearest kid? Not much fun. Also seems like more games are out of order every time we visit. Just not worth the price. Especially when we have so much fun at SkyZone. Much more room to jump there when it gets busy too.

Okay it's pretty fun to play here but now i have food poisoning from the pizza they serve there dont eat the pizza or any food they serve there because you will be throwing up for two weeks

Front desk girl was rude the manager wasn't any better. No one listens to you and they argue back roll their eyes when you ask for something just outright ridiculous service.
