This place is the best suspension and wheel service in tulsa in my opinion. Now here's the skinny! First come service so be there when they open. Second call if you like just see what, I call her kendra kindness says the week looks like. I will wait for only Greg and his great people to diagnose and service my cars suspension! They really are the best! Most Honest fairest. Go see my friends! Cody

This place is a joke. You call them ahead to book an appointment but they say it's 1st come 1st serve I arrived at 8 AM sharp 2nd person in line only to get turned away because they are "booked up". So not only are they unable to communicate properly to get you in but also slow when it comes to servicing, aligning, tires, etc. I'm not sure how Businesses like this still exist. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Great experience! Not only did they align the front 2 wheels, but caught some other issues we might have to address in the near future. A month later we got a post card in tthe mail reminding us of those issues and a quote to fix them. That was a nice touch. I was recommended to acme from a small car dealer friend of mine who uses them all the time.

The place was swamped. But Greg the older gentleman really took the time to bang out the alignment on my car. I recommend this outfit. In & out.

I've taken my car there and my daughters car. If you want to cut costs you buy the parts and he will put them on for you. It is a first come, first served basis. I have no complaints regarding Acme. The staff is nice and the work is good. I am going to get my front end aligned tomorrow. Hoping I can get there before 8 so I can have the rest of the day and be the first or second for service. I will always use Acme! Nice receptionist and nice repair man!

Absolutely the worst customer service. Extremely rude and disrespectful with the way they talk to customers and treat them. Not only were they rude to me but I sat there and waited while they were rude to 15 others who had came and gone. Couldn't imagine talking to people the way they do here. Good alignment, but the work definitely wasn't worth the disrespect you get for going here. STAY AWAY.

These guys will do it right. They will not sell you parts or services you don't need, but they WILL make sure your car is safe and driving straight down the road. I own Fords, BMWs, Mercedes, and semi-trucks, and this is the only place in the state of Oklahoma I will take my vehicles for alignment. Several times they have sent me out the door at no cost because the vehicle didn't need an alignment. Honest folks here at Acme.

I sent my daughter here today after school, she drove 45 minutes to have her car looked at based on the recommendation of someone else. Her car pulls to the right so she wanted to get her alignment fixed. They took the car back into the shop, came out and told her there was nothing wrong with the alignment and sent her on her way. I called to verify with them what had happened and ask why they thought it was pulling. They told me they had someone drive it and that it didn't pull (it does pull, I've driven it). He said it might be an issue with the tires and told me to have my daughter bring it back up there some time. If it isn't pulling how could it be an issue with the tires she just bought last week? After I spoke to my daughter and told her they had driven it and said it wasn't pulling she said, "They pulled it into the shop, that is as far as they drove it." I was hoping to find a shop with decent prices and good service. Even if they had driven it, after them sending my daughter away, I wouldn't ask her to drive 45 minutes back over there.

I must have gotten the worst technician. I took my car in to get a 4 wheel alignment and as soon as the technician came through the lobby he was crass and disrespectful. We walked out to my car and he immediately started making smart ass comments and so i asked him if he wanted to do it or not. He proceeds to make some more smart ass comments and laughs in my face, so I ask him for the key back so I can take it somewhere else. He said, "ok, have fun!" I understand the efforts technicians put forth in their work, but at least show the customer some respect, don't make smart ass comments, and don't laugh in their face. His professionalism needs tremendous amounts of work! The only good thing I have to say is the front desk lady was very nice and professional and they had a tv in their waiting room!
