Abby's employees very friendly and professional. Used them a few times for repairs and resizing a ring .Service was quick and very reasonably priced.Will certainly use them again.

I wandered into Abby's Jewelry several years ago...just browsing. What I found was really quality jewelry at really fair prices. I walked out having bought an upgrade to my wedding set, yay! I've been been very happy with jewelry repairs there as well. Excited to see their newest location and highly recommend them. Good quality, good prices, professional and...FRIENDLY! Fine jewelry at great prices. You might think that sounds like many jewelry stores, but only if those words don't mean what you think they mean. Abby's Jewelry is a family owned business that cares about their customers and their community. They stand behind what they sell, and if you happen to be looking to purchase any jewelry, you'd be doing yourself a disservice not to walk in their door. The pieces they have are great and they are varied enough that, if you are like me, you'll find that special item you are interested in. ...and that's true. It is hard to buy something for my wife that she truly likes, and I had spent a lot of time in the area jewelry stores searching through seemingly the same stuff, same designs with the most minor of differences. That's not going to work for a present for my wife. When I walked into Abby's, I asked for something unique but within a couple category types. The very first item pointed out to me was perfect. Yes, there were other items to see but given my very specific parameters, I was shown the piece that I ended up buying. And that's not the story. What matters most is how they back up their jewelry with service. Something as small as a broken clasp finds an immediate repair - while you are standing there! If you buy something at Abby's (at a fraction of the cost of other stores), they will service, maintain, and repair it. Quickly. Easily. Without question. That's service - and service done right. Take a look at Abby's Jewelry. If you've read to here, its because you haven't seen anyone like them yet, and you deserve something nice.

Brought two Invicta watches in. $40 to get them both sized. Took a day and a half to get done. Went to Moody's to get another watch sized. Paid $5. Done in less than 10 min. Asked if Invicta watches would be more. They said no, it would be $5 as well. Avoid this place.

Abby's replaced my Tag watch battery in 5 minutes for 1/3 the price I paid at another jeweler. It also took the other jeweler 3 days to get the battery replaced. Customer service is great at Abby's. I will use them from now on.

I needed to get my engagement ring sized up an was so afraid to do it because I thought it would end up damaging my ring, but I took a chance an went to Abby's to see if there was anything they could do for me. Everyone was so welcoming an friendly, I instantly felt at ease. Not only did they get my ring sized, but Abby herself was the one to explain to me what needed to be done to get my ring in tip top condition. She was very easy to talk to an the way she explained everything to me made so much sense. I'm so glad I listened an trusted her, she makes it easy to trust her she's so sweet an engaging an she most definitely knows her stuff, I will only do business with Abby's from now on when I need something done to my jewelry, she also got my ring done in two days! I was honestly expecting a week or more, an the price was very fair considering I was having to go up a couple of sizes. If you want extra care an attention taken with your precious jewelry, I highly recommend going to Abby's, you won't regret it, I know I didn't!

I just want to start off by saying how my husbands wedding band kept breaking after purchasing from Abby's jewelry. I wish I never bought it from here and went somewhere else. We went and had it fix and it broke again within a week, ended up taking it to a different jeweler because I cannot trust their quality of work. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I DO NOT recommend Abby's, with the price we paid I expected way better quality.

Giving ONE STAR only because I actually had to add a star. This business lies about the quality of the jewelry they sell and gives bs appraisals. I took my necklace to someone I trusted and they told me the true size and quality. I tried to give her the opportunity to rectify the situation because maybe it was a mistake; she argued with me instead of offering solutions. I know a lot of friends and family that go here so sad to say, I was less than disappointed with my experience and wanted to try prevent someone else's misfortune.
