AAA Rental & Sales

Called 11-2021 about renting exterior scaffolding. Price seemed fair. I asked if I needed to reserve & was told, no, they have plenty. I said I would be there the next day & needed 4 sections. The next day I showed up with my 16 ft. flatbed. The Owner came out and said he couldn't load scaffolding because he was "injured", "it's extremely heavy, & everyone who works there was out with covid".Gee, he couldn't tell me that the day before when I called? Before I wasted time & fuel on a 38 mile round trip? I started to ask a question when his phone rang, which he answered, & then had an extended phone conversation completely ignoring me!This is not the first time I've rented equipment here or experienced this rude person but it IS the last. I'll never rent anything from him again & would advise others to go elsewhere.

I have rented a snake from this place several times over the years while I was married. I called today to rent one. The gentleman said he wont rent a snake to females. He has rented to me before. not sure why today was any different. I don't mind giving my money to someone else.

Don't use AAA Equipment Rentals -- I politely tried to rent something this morning and was cussed out and yelled at for merely not having a pickup truck there when I tried to pay my deposit. Then they told me they wouldn't rent to me at all since I didn't show up with a truck. They wouldn't even let me come back later with one. Kinda outrageous and beyond terrible customer service. They shouldn't be allowed to do business in OK.
