The good:This was a fun experience for our whole family! There were people of all ages enjoying themselves - our area consisted of teens, parents, and even a baby, while the area next to us had senior citizens bowling up a storm. They were also doing a trivia night that we did not participate in but had fun listening to.The bad: Food and drink service got extremely slow when they were on the busier side. Also, the employee at the front was extremely rude to our party, even saying "What did I say?" at one point when we were trying to confirm the price. That one was a bit shocking for me, and the main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars. I'd still visit again, but I'd certainly be ready for anything during the initial setup and payment.

The wings were good. Lots of people having fun bowling and playing pool. The manager checked to make sure everything was going well. I would eat there again and bring the family.

Our event organizer called to make reservations for a large party. She was not told that if she made the reservation online she could get a discount. The employees at the counter were totally indifferent when we suggested that they tell prospective customers in the future. The servers on the other hand provided good customer service.

Bowling is good, pool is good, service is excellent reason for the three stars is the food. Pretzels were good, cheese sauce was cold and hard. Nachos are an interesting with their chili meat as a topping. I know it is new, but the food is what keeps coming back and if it doesn't get better its going to be a short stay.
