3 Crazy Berries

We have been to 3 Crazy Berries a lot and usually had a great experience, but we haven't been in a few years because of the Pandemic (avoiding buffets and self serve) but went back tonight. Walked in and there was no staff, a lot of the stuff was out or almost out. We got our cups and stood at the front counter for about 3-5 minutes until finally one of the giggling teenagers came out and said "Sorry" wrong us up and then went back in the back. We waited a few minutes because my daughter had to use the restroom, while waiting the two teenagers came out and started counting tips (which there were not much of) and complaining about not getting any tips. But if you are providing no service then you won't get any tips. Overall it was not a good experience, I literally could have walked out with my Froyo and they would never know. They used to have a very sweet girl named Clairie that worked there but I guess once she left no one else stepped up.

Only four stars because they were so hard to find. The sign above the building looks like it was spray-painted out? Plus, it's tucked back inside the plaza. They are open, and it's worth seeking them out to get some! The Italian ice was great!!

I have lived down the road for 6 months and I just found 3 Crazy Berries! So frustrated that I didn't know they were here before, they are that good!! Of course that's probably a good thing because I would have eaten all of their FROYO if I had known haha. I got the white chocolate moose (my favorite) and my husband got the Oreo topped with all kinds of candy. Shop looked cleaned and orderly, some flavors were out but it wasn't a big deal for us, and I love that they offer free filtered water. We will definitely be back!

Amazing ice cream treats! We first found this place when someone brought some 3 Crazy Berries to my father when he was in the hospital and now we are hooked! My favorite flavor is the Salted Caramel Pretzel, he loves the Tahitian Vanilla and we like to try the new seasonal flavors too. The place is always spotlessly clean and the staff are super efficient and friendly. It's easy to make a quick stop or if you have more time the iPad bar is stocked with fun app games. Highly recommend!

Visited on a whim after reading multiple yelp reviews. I definitely loaded up my bowl and have no complaints! There were more than enough toppings and frozen yogurt flavors -- I'm pretty basic, though; give me vanilla or cookies'n'cream and let me go to town on the toppings, and I'll be a happy bear. The guy working there was super friendly and they have an easy text-based rewards system, soI'll definitely be back!

Excited to try a new place. Went in on a Sunday had the yougurt and all the topping very disappointed. Seen they had bubble tea! Even more disappointed! Worst I ever had I took one sip and and threw it away! What a waste of money!

Friendly staff, delicious frozen yogurt and so many topping choices. They always have a good variety of yogurt to choose from. This is our go to dessert place on a summer night. Highly recommend this place if you're on that side of town.

Yummy yogurt flavors and toppings and super friendly service! Definitely the place for a cold treat!
