We had takeout from here.The food was all delicious.Prepared fresh to order. We had tofu and vegetables rahd nah, gai tod HattYai (chicken wings), and mango sticky rice dessert. We were able to tell the restaurant we wanted the savory dishes be a little less salty than usual. They executed every dish so well. Prices are also quite budget friendly, much friendlier than other restaurants. We will be your returned customers - Pa Lek & Family -

Been my go to spot for all 4 years I've been here in San Diego until they changed management in the last couple months and have gotten EXTREMELY money hungry! I'm talking charging me $1.20+ for NOT getting ice in my drink... that's ridiculous smh and I hope all the regulars pick up on the change on management and stop supporting this bs. The quality of the food has also drastically decreased. I've always gotten the salmon fried rice and the last time I got it that shi was full of so much oil my stomach was hurting all night! I haven't eaten there since but I was going back to get my Thai teas but no more smh. Just because y'all got some new booths in there don't mean you can start overcharging out the ssa!

This is my frist time trying and i ordered from UberEats.The pineapple fried rice was still spicy for a 2. So if your not well at handling your spice go for the one. There was only 2 shrimp and maybe about 4-5 pieces of chicken. But the flavor was fantastic for the pineapple fried rice! Would so order again.I love for delivery they do not sauce the mango chicken and put the sauce in a container and you can dip your chicken. The slices of mango on the salad was a great touch to debate from the spice of the rice. Overall the taste was delicious and will order again.

I order from here almost every other week. It's my go to Thai spot, their food is always consistent, hot and fresh! Huge portions! It's located on 5405 Redwood street, San Diego, CA. 92105. Right across is a liquor store and they have plenty of parking. I always order the garlic wings, crab angels, red curry with chicken and pad see eew. You can choose your level of spiciness up to level 10 (which I always get). The garlic wings, are always crispy, juicy in the center and flavor is really good, they use fresh garlic pieces. Crab angels filling is delicious, they are not shy with the stuffing. Pad see eew (wide) noodles are fresh, seasoned really well and we usually get tofu for the protein. The red curry is one of my favorite, it's very authentic Thai flavor, it comes with bell pepper, bamboo, egg plant, carrots Thai basil with coconut milk and I get chicken in it. Try this small hidden gem the next time you're craving Thai food, they will not disappoint you!

The neighborhood can be a little sketchy.  But the restaurant is small and the lady working was so nice.  I was surprised they had a lunch menu on the weekend.  I got the chicken pad Thai and the spice level of 5 out of 10 was perfect for me.  The kiddo go the chicken panang curry level 3.  It started out great for him, but the spice level went from a 3 to a 6.  Would come back, might not eat in the restaurant because of the crazy outside.

This place is apparently under new ownership...have been a regular for the past few years. Tried again tonight and I can tell you a few things...1) portion size significantly decreased. 2) prices up around 20% 3) food taste quality definitely decreased from before. Examples of quality...my chicken larb had brownish (rotten) mint. Spicy fried rice lacked flavor. Crab angel breading/coating tastes waaay off, kind of strange. It's a real shame, this was one of my neighborhood favorites, and sadly will probably not be back.

Amazing food and service! Had been sick and was starving finally able to eat and was craving Thai food but wasn't sure where to go and found this spot off yelp. It is a little small hole in the wall hidden gem. Everything we ate was bomb and they were so kind and friendly. Pad see ew - sooo yummy with no spiceMango chicken - Fire with fresh white sticky rice and mangoMango sweet sticky rice - perfect balance of sweet and fresh so goodFried bananas - good but prefer the other dessertThai tea- good as can get so delicious to pair with food10/10 recommend

Was craving Thai food and was on my way to the location I was going to. Place looked a little sketch on the outside. We got pad se ew level 3and pad Thai level 2 on spiciness. Food was bomb. The pad se ew was better than the local spot by my home. The pad Thai was good with a spicy kick. There are no plates everything comes on a paper plate with aluminum foil. That's fine with me easier to make sure all the plates are clean. You get a lot of food! You will definitely have left overs. Place however was a bit dirty. There was dust all over chair and table needed to be cleaned. The food was bomb though so it's ok. Plus it seems they only have one worker so might be low staffed. You order first at the front and pay.

The rating is not where it needs to be. Definitely higher. The food was amazing. The atmosphere is beautiful. I love the currency on the wall and culture pictures. My food came out in a timely manner. I had the yellow and red curry . Also with vegetable rolls

Unknowingly came in an hour before closing after a long shift and was starving yet was met with nothing but hospitality they were so sweet and patient. The service +A. The small cozy family owned place was welcoming and has the cutest little helper named Sandy and she herself although young was so kind and offered us to play toys while we waited for the food to cook. The picture is what was left of the food because I forgot to take a before picture because again I was starving, but they will definitely be seeing me more as everything in there was a reflection of who they are and that plus the food was nothing but pleasant! Amazing tasting food and I definitely recommend coming in and trying it.
