Zumiez

The young girl and man working today during the day greeted the people that walked in before us and everyone after. It was my son and I with my daughter in the stroller and they just stared at us. My son wanted to see something placed up high but we felt uncomfortable asking them for help. Will never go back to this location. A total mood killer. This was the only store he was looking forward to shopping at too.

Walked in the store and the young lady with two hair buns said "what's up!" I guess that's how you great a customer now.............anyhow that really didn't bother me as much. But i found a shoe and walk to get some help at the counter, and the young man noticed me that hair buns was chatting with as well as the manager, not sure if he worked there or not but gave hair buns heads up that I'm waiting. And as I'm standing there the manager said to hair buns check the..............pointing towards the ceiling as if i didn't see that. So hair buns turns around at her convenience and says "what's up!" So i asked if they have a certain size shoe and she turns around to her computer as she's on her phone and talking to the manager taking her time to get back to me. RUDE AS FUCK!!!!! I bit my tongue trying not to say anything. So i walked away politely putting the show away from where i found it as HAIR BUNS was still conversing to both guys. No wonder the store was empty. NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS STORE IS NOT THE STORE I WOULD SPEND MY MONEY!!!!

When i went the Employees here where playing satanic heavy metal, cussing ever third word, talking about women they've been with, etc. completely unprofessional, like I understand this isn't exactly a corporate office, but it is a business where you are an employee so have why wouldn't you have enough respect for your job not to talk about the "b**tches" you've been with lately in front of a customer? Confused me.. almost seemed as if cashier was trying to play cool guy, like my dude you don't even work at a real skate shop, you work at a corporate clothing company that sells skateboard parts in a shopping mall.... I feel sorry for you, and honestly confused how working at Zumiez makes you think your cool. Lol what a loser. I now only shop at mortal skate shop near downtown! they have shoes, cloths, and lots of skateboard parts. Don't buy corporate, support your local shops!!!!

Every time I'm in here the people working are busy having personal conversations and smoking their cool E Cigs to make super cool vapor clouds. I shop at this store a lot and they seem to change staff quite often. The current manager (guy with big holes in his ears) seems to be more interested in eating at the cash register than helping customers; I was waiting there for a bit before I just left my stuff on the counter and decided to leave. I know that chipotle is really good but I think customers should be more important than stuffing your face.
