The guy was rude as hell they overpriced the tobacco by three times what you'd pay at circle k just avoid this place.

Went in, asked for a recommendation for blunts. Decided to purchase based on recommendation. The product was terrible. Dry and old. Disintegrated in my hands. Terrible.

Bought a Vape Battery form their and my cart didmt fit so I went to take it back to see if I could woth exchange it for some thing that might fit my cart or my mo ey back and I was told their is a strict no return policy which i think bullshit

I'm a frequent and consistent customer at Zona and love the selection. One thing I've noticed, however, is the lack of care from many employees. I went into the store yesterday looking to buy new King Palms and the employee at the moment told me there was only one pack left which I purchased thinking nothing about it. I went back today in hopes of getting more of that flavor and when I got to the store I assumed they were out of stock again because I saw the empty box, but to my surprise all Karla had to do was throw away the empty box and behind it was a brand new unopened container. This really frustrated me because I felt that I shouldn't have to go out of my way as a result of somebody else's laziness. Karla is incredibly helpful and outgoing and consistently does her part to go above and beyond for her customers, the variety of products is great, but I think there's a lack of work ethic on the behalf of other employees.
