Zona Fountains

Purchased and paid for fountain with delivery and installation in December 2022. Fountain arrived on 19 April 2023 and immediately upon install water was not flowing properly (see pictures) so I contacted the company and left information on 4/23 to figure out path forward. They came out 5/2 and didn't fix, called again 5/16, called again 5/27 and still no assistance for a clearly poor install! On 6/6 the fountain finally collapsed so I called AGAIN and this time someone would be out to assess the damage on 6/7. The solution to this problem was for us to pay a "discounted" rate of $900 to fix because, "clearly a 200lb man was hanging on it." I am shocked they are trying to blame this ordeal on us and get more money to fix a problem that was clearly pointed out to them multiple times. The customer service has been extremely unhelpful with terrible turn around time. Do yourself a favor and run from this dishonest company!

Beautiful and large selection of outdoor pots and fountains. Prices are lower compared to other places in town. I also love their selection of Talaveras and Southwest garden decors. The place is easy to navigate around and staff are friendly and helpful in answering questions and bringing your purchases to the car.

Loved the layout of fountains, a lovely place to take your time and explore.Going back tomorrow.

So I was asked by the owner to remove my previous post! I don't know how to do that. So I'm going to improve my post and I will say that I don't know what happened between the manager and the owner. That's really none of my business. All I gotta say is I loved working there. I loved my sales position and for a month I was called off. No work, too hot and no customers . I wish zone of fountains and the employees all of the luck.They're gonna need it

Great selection and service! The real star was the delivery process. Andrew was amazing. We had two fountains delivered and expertly set up by Andrew and his crew. The delivery was very challenging. A mile and a half on a dirt road across three washes, and up our steep driveway with limited access to the area where we wanted the largest of the two fountains. Andrew figured out how to make the install work and the fountain looks fantastic. Knowledgeable, courteous, and informative, Andrew kept us informed on every aspect of the install. He took a very challenging install and "hit it out of the park." Outstanding job. We highly recommend Zona Fountains for their service and expert knowledge of their products. Zona is a great fountain shop. They have many styles to choose from and you can order in the color you want if you plan a few weeks ahead. I ordered one style and then changed my mind and they honored that change easily. Andrew was very helpful in picking out a style that worked for our needs and he expertly delivered and put it in place. Very happy with our experience

After many years the pump in my backyard fountain failed. I drove to Zona Fountains for a replacement pump. It was my bad luck that the same pump is no longer available. Zona did not have a suitable replacement in stock.The manager took it on himself to call a close by venue and they had pumps available. I drove to the new location in 5 minutes and in another 5 minutes I was out the door new pump in hand. If it wasn't for the Zona manager I would have spent a ton of time searching the net for a replacement. Thats what I call great customer service.

I was looking for a small bistro table and matching chairs for my front porch. I was able to find one at Zona Fountains and was delighted with its craftsmanship and appearance. The staff was courteous and helpful as always.

Local company with a nice selection of fountains. We purchased a fairly large fountain that required setup. Six weeks after installation the fountain was tilting a bit and needed to be leveled. No problem! They sent someone out promptly to make the adjustment...no charge. Great customer service which is a rare find. Highly recommend.
