Jordan sold the business from what was told to me by this new person that claims that she is the manager. This lady is always at either kiosk when I go in! It's like bad luck no kidding!!!I have been going for a few years and was only satisfied until this new manager start service my phone. She messed up putting on my iPhone 6plus four different times. I even told her "no disrespect, but you have been doing a horrific job installing my screen protector" Sooooo disappointed and every time I switch from the Tucson mall location then here she is at the park mall!!! She messed up installing the screen protector also on my iPad mini and not once but 4 different times on my phone. Really don't know what to do...this woman is horrible and needs to find another job!!! Where are all the employees that use to install without ANY problems!!! She is a nightmare!!!!

I'm a decades long user of Zagg screen protectors and up until February 2018 I was extremely satisfied with the protectors I've purchased directly from Zagg or from the Park Place Zagg branded kiosk. In February of 2018 I purchased a Sapphire Defense screen protector for my iPhone X and paid for the installation at the Park Place kiosk as I always do when I upgrade my phone each year. Unfortunately, the install resulted in a large fiber being trapped between the glass and my screen. I somehow didn't understand the time limit to go back for a free reinstall and when i showed up within a 2 week time period I was told that a free install wasn't possible and that they'd have to charge me another 10+ dollars for the install. Having just spent $50 + tax + install on the new protector I didn't think it was fair to spend another 10 dollars for a re-install. Regardless, I called support, and they explained that they aren't able to ensure the quality of customer support at the Park Place kiosk however they did send me a new protector. Well, since I didn't want to pay the $10 for yet another install, I did it myself and now i have an even bigger piece of lint between the glass and the screen.From reading other reviews it seems like this business was recently sold to a new owner which would explain the overall decline in service. I wouldn't recommend going to this kiosk for a new screen protector install and instead would suggest going to a Best Buy or other electronics outlet and purchase a screen protector from them that they can install for you.We'll see if I use another Zagg brand screen protector in the future.

Honestly, decent product. A little pricey but it is what it is. The life time warranty is pretty nice and being able to swap it for a new one when you crack yours is great. BUT OH MY GOD is the service terrible. I mean god awful, the woman that's always there has the absolute WORST attitude. It's like your existence bothers her, literally she is ALWAYS mad/annoyed. Like okay I get it customer service jobs SUCK, I should know I work at a big box retailer but like COME ON, you literally make me the consumer feel horrible for even asking to replace my screen protector. Let alone you slammed my phone down. I try to not judge because you never know what someone's going through outside of work be every damn time I've come to this place it's been Horrible.

I dropped my phone in the sand where I work and the y corner of the screen protector got sand under it and started lifting up. I took it to Best Buy where I had purchased it and they told me it was a Zagg and to take it to the kiosk at Park Place Mall. I took it to them and they replaced it for only $10.00! The next day I noticed there were miniscule bits of sand between the screen protector and the phone. Today I took it back and Brittany replaced it for free and started my seven day replacement over! It looks awesome and I would recommend that if you don't have a Zagg screen protector to get one! The awesome service is great!

The Invisible Shield Glass lives up to its name. I've been looking through the Shield for years now, and I've never been upset or worried at any loss of clarity. This is a screen protector that goes on easily, protects the screen, and doesn't get in the way.You could buy a lot of plastic screen protectors for your money, but Zagg is hoping that the increased protection and the warranty it offers would be enough for you to spend a little bit more. I think it is a worthwhile deal. Had my shield installed 2 weeks ago, looked perfect at first, then it started to develop bubbles I know I had to give it time to cure so I waited and the bubbles got worse(installer error) I went back to tell them I need it replaced and they wanted to charge me $6 to replace it, they said its only for the install. I told them it was installer error and it was just done 2 weeks ago, but they said I have to pay if I want it reinstalled.... I will never buy product from this company ever again. I ripped it off and trashed it. Waste of $26

The employee was blond I won't say her name but if you see a middle-aged short haird blond working here, go to the other Kiosk in Tucson Mall.I arrived all smiles, she explained that I had to be charged for my glass and that was fine with me.She picked up my phone, started to remove the old shield then began serving other customers, a mailman and answer the phone. Then she wold pick my phone up, do something to it, set it down and say, "Don't worry I can multitask." I think she said that to me 7-8 times in the 35 minutes that I was being patient. Finally, my phone was still not finished and she turned to serve a new customer so I said in a nice tone, "Um, I have someone waiting for me in the car, can you just finish me up before you take another person ahead of me?"I was a paying customer and none of them were.She BLEW HER STACK "Well!! You are VERY rude! I have been helping you so here!~"She swiped my card, shoved my phone and otterbox at me and told me to finish it myself then went on ranting about how "RUDE" I was. In total it took 45 minutes and I had to put the otterbox back on myself.I did not even want to give this place a star but I'm sure there are other employees who deserve a better rating (I was told it was the owner who I dealt with).

I have had great luck with the zagg screen protectors installed at the kiosk In Park Place Mall in the past, so I sent my mom down to get one for her new iPad from the Zagg authorized warranty kiosk. HUGE MISTAKE. The product is defective and the manager Marci and at least one of the employees were dismissive, rude, and in no way interested in our satisfaction. $55 and a $10 install fee on Dec 26th and the first shield cracked within a few days. It was the holidays and it took her until Jan 8th to get in. again a $10 cost because the free replacement expired. Even worse, when my mom stated she thought it was unfair, she was told by the manager she was being rude. Now we are talking about an 83 year old woman with a heart problem. She does everything she can to be calm. So mom paid up. Two weeks later another crack in the screen. She is upset at having to deal with this person again so I go in today. The response - "Nope, no money back, it's been more than 7 days from the original purchase. And the screen is doing exactly what it is supposed to do as it had been dropped." I'm immediately told "not their problem, pay the $10 for a replacement is the only option. When I state it has not been dropped and even if it had it should not crack, I am told i am being rude and I need to leave. When asked for his manager's contact information I was told I could google it. (not that it would do any good as that is who "helped" my mom). When I tried to use a pen from the cup to copy their warranty he literally tried to grab it, physically grabbing my hand, and threatened me with expulsion from the mall and told me I would have no where to spend my money and how badly behaved I was. And yes I was upset, but I was not yelling, not throwing a fit, and definitely not getting in his space physically, I just wanted him to give me another person to talk to. All this from the employee of the kiosk within 3 minutes of asking if they can help me. Interesting thing is - I get home and look up Zagg's warranty policy - 30 days replacement or refund at the purchaser's discretion. And we are at day 26. Unfortunately, it also requires we get this from point of purchase. Buyer beware with the Invisible Shield kiosk at Park Place. I can honestly say I have never felt as attacked as I did from this retailer.

I had a wonderful experience at this Zagg kiosk. She was very professional. I was very impressed. She installed glass on my phone and gave excellent advice on how to care for the device. I would recommend this kiosk for all screen protection needs.
