I'm updating my review based on Blooms Today and Yosi, a local Tucson florist who filled the order. I purchased a Groupon deal for a 'just because' surprise for my mom, and they met my expectations.I ordered yesterday afternoon, and the flowers arrived at her doorstep the next day. Mom said the arrangement was pretty and was impressed that the flowers arrived cold, showing the florist's attention to detail in keeping them fresh.I've had a positive experience with Yosi's before, and they've delivered quality and service. My mom was pleasantly surprised. i would recommend Yosi for their professionalism, timely delivery.

DO NOT order from this place. Horrible customer service and they really need to get their logistics together. I ordered a Christmas bouquet and paid $15 for delivery. It was a special occasion and I was really counting on my parents receiving this gift. I thought everything was set up after I received a confirmation email and a receipt.The special day came and went and they never received the flowers. I called the next day and spoke with a very unpleasant woman who had a terrible attitude and simply told me my order was rejected because they don't deliver to Marana.How disappointing that my parents didn't receive their gift -- after I received a confirmation order! She blamed the website for not letting me know the order couldn't be fulfilled. Absolutely ridiculous.I always shop local when it comes to flowers, but this place will be soon out of business if they don't get their delivery process together.I ended up ordering elsewhere ... but of course the special day will never come back.

Customer service was good, we were out of delivery range so they added some more roses to make up for the fee. We are out of town and had these delivered for a family memorial. Upon delivery, one day after ordering and day of service. Roses are wilting. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable.

My beloved passed away and I was in Tucson for his Celebration of Life and meeting his family for the first time. Yoshi's put together two floral arrangements that were beautiful and elegant in about 30 minutes and within my budget. They also helped to write the notes of sympathy for my loved one as well as his Mother. I can't say enough about how wonderful and professional they were at a time when I was really stressed out. Gorgeous flowers, wonderful staff. Thank you!!

I received fliers as a gift on Monday, 16JAN. Here were are the 21st and they're still gorgeous! Obviously the arrangement was made with quality flowers. These were sent by a friend out of town and I'm not sure how the order was placed but from this experience I'd highly recommend Yosi's! I've had too many bad experiences with various 800 number, reputable companies the one being not getting what I paid for. These days it's so easy to grab a picture and send to the person that bought the gift that it's easy to see where sone florists do not give you what was paid for. I don't right many reviews but Yosi's deserve this! Thank you for putting together a beautiful, fresh arrangement The picture with the card was the day it was delivered, the other one today

I purchased 260 dollars for my wife . I had used yosis before and flowers were wonderful . Today we received wilted white Lillie's and pink roses . They were awful. The whole arrangement looked so bad . I contacted them seeing that I thought they stood by their flowers . I told them I saw guarantee one website saying they were 100 percent full credit or arrangement redone . They told me that was only through ftd and only they could do was do a 20 dollar store credit or switch out Lillie's : horrible horrible customer service . Sad to see ftd will stand by their products but their store won't .

Sadly, my Mom's Day bouquet from my dye in law has Stargazer lillies in it. I am so allergic to these flowers I had to put the flowers outside immediately. I called this shop and was told that they would not be able to do anything to help me out, even if I drove the half hour to bring the bouquet in and PAID for replacement flowers. I admit it. I'm sneezing, can barely breathe and I'm So Disappointed!!
