Yoga Oasis

I really enjoy the classes at Yoga Oasis. The location is beautiful and the instructor was very helpful. The studio was very clean and the classes are offered at really good times.

I live the drop in rates for Yoga Oasis. It's $10 and you can drop into any class without commuting to a membership. I try to come about once a week and I really enjoy their classes. They have various options i class types- nice and relaxing and heart pumping muscle toning with lots of sweat. The instructors are so great, definitely recommend coming here for yoga, moving your body, and feeling good.

This was my second class of yoga and what I liked about this place was the yoga instructor walked up and down calling out pose positions and would demonstrate each position and how you could supplement other pose positions if you couldn't complete a pose. The lighting was good and the floor was made of synthetic wood and clean. If you are a beginner you will not fill out of place.

I've been to this location on several occasions. I really enjoy the yoga hour, it's fairly priced and very relaxing. I appreciate how there's various instructors each visit. The instructors are always very friendly and have great energy. They offer beginner, intermediate, and advance techniques, so no matter what your relationship is with yoga it's a very approachable place to go. I really enjoy this place, will be attending more classes in the near future.

Clean, well-kept studio with warm and welcoming instructors. I've been to yoga classes in the past, but Yoga Oasis has me hooked. I typically go to the basics class taught by Lara on Tuesday or Thursday mornings. She is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Class can fill up pretty quickly so definitely get there 10-15 minutes early. I purchased a 10-pass package with a military discount, but you can also pay per class. I believe they offer student/senior discounts as well. Nice environment, affordable prices and plenty of zen!

I usually hate going to group classes because I feel like the outsider and everyone has their own cliques, but Yoga Oasis definitely did not make me feel this way.

Lovin yoga hour, this place is clean and I have liked all the teachers.

I was not greeted when I came in. The instructor (barb) did not even introduce herself. She conversed with the students she knew only. The class was very confusing, she did not simplify her words when teaching. She would give instructions then say the pose. I felt I had to look at her the whole time while doing the class. There was no sun A or sun B salutations. I felt we did not even get our body's warmed up and were doing poses that did not feel good in the body.

Absolutely incredible studio. PJ is an amazing teacher. I was in town and had to go multiple times to his classes. He is so knowledgeable and truly one of the best yoga instructors I've ever had. He is present and a true poet!!
