Not made room
Single towel for two guests- I had to ask my lady to take this off her wet hair so I could photograph it.
Does the trash can go here?
Toilet paper on the floor

The location and price make it an above average option. The Tucson Marketplace is relatively safe. The hotel is surrounded by freeway and empty lots that make it convenient for security. I stayed here for 5 nights with my 3-year old son and felt very safe the entire time. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. That being said, this is not a vacation destination. It's a bare bones box with walls that will keep you comfortable while you repaint your house or something. The rooms are small and cheaply decorated. There are very few amenities that the hotel has to offer other than free coffee. Everything considered the 65 dollar/night price tag is a good deal and you have everything you could possibly need within walking distance (Costco, Walmart, Planet Fitness, Dave and Busters, 10+ restaurants).I wouldn't stay again with my son but would recommend to anyone on a road trip that wants a real bed and bathroom for the night.

We came to Tucson from LA, for a weekend wedding and stayed here. This hotel is great for short vacation and on top of that, we paid an amazing price for the room and got more than what we had paid for: It was super clean, quiet/peaceful, and the staff were very friendly. We overall, had a great experience. Will def wil come back here if needed.

One towel only, despite having two guests in the room. They requested I bring down the dirty towel to the front desk to exchange it for a fresh one. Short story long, I was passing through town with the Mrs. and we decided to try this place out after moderate debate on an affordable stay for the night. It's very new which was appealing and the exterier is very promising. The check in process was straight forward and the front desk agent was helpful enough. The room is decent but not fancy. I'm not from here, is there a Tucson towel shortage going on or something? My poor lady had to use my dirty wet towel after 10+ hours in the car listening to me sing Chris Stapleton's "White Horse." Take it from me- bring your own linens.

I booked a room for one night. staff was pleasant. They made me sign for a $100.00 breakage fee charging my credit card in case I damaged anything in the room during my stay. They assured me that the charge would be reversed after the room was cleaned the following day. Two weeks later, with multiple phone calls and emails to the property management, I finally had to contact my credit card company to intervene. Finally the charges were removed. The rooms are clean, although situated next to the VERY NOISY FREEWAY and you will not get a wink of sleep. They provided earplugs. Multiple fast food restaurants close by. Easy parking,

I stayed here 10 wks which means I país thousands of dollars on check out date my sons forgot my Apple Watch I reached out and was told I need to speak to a manager every time I called there was no manager or no one would answer the phone. My apple Watch last pinged there which I have proof of. I would not recommend this place because if you forget something it lost and won't get it back!! Very disappointed in their actions!

It's conveniently located from the interstate and airport. The rooms were clean but very bare Bones and not that much cheaper than a Holiday inn or a Best Western. There wasn't any food but there are nearby places to eat in good coffee, Costco was nearby for gas. The staff are nice and check in was easy. It's okay for an overnight stay but I don't think I would want to stay there more than one night

I can't say this was the worst but it definitely wasn't the best. I made reservations and accidentally booked a single room. We went to the front desk and changed our room. I paid the difference and apologized for the inconvenience however the new room we were given was not made at all. The room smelled of urine. It was disgusting. I hope management does something to make this better for others. The girl at the front desk did give us a new room it was not her fault.

Very kind staff. Bring your hairdryer. Make sure you also bring your kitchen supplies with you if you plan on cooking. There's no cookware in the room. Very clean. You can hear the foot steps above and the cars passing by. Near a lot of food and Costco.

The first night the room smelled musty. We stayed there because we were going to a funeral. Everytime we came back the room stunk to high heavens and musty We opened the window to clear the room. 2nd night wife gets sick. third night she is really bad and could not leave. I left the room one day before i could not take it. We were going to change rooms but the damage was done and we left a day early. We both ended up sick and tested positive for covid. We were with family daily due to a death in the family and exposed everyone. The front desk staff are about has smart has rocks... The manager was never there. People smoking pot all over the place in their rooms. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this crap hole. Its dirty and poor management. If you think covid is over think again. Hotels are the worst. This place breeds viruses.
