Woodcraft of Tucson

Came in for the Black Friday sale and was able to get a great deal on a Jet dust collector/ chip separator. Customer service is always top notch. I brought in my router that got a bit stuck in it and Elliot was able to give me some suggestions on how to get the bit out.

Relocated from DC - had an expensive desk get damaged in shipment (Read custom from Italy $3K+). While this is not restuarant review, the employee Cass went above and beyond in helping me. She personnaly assisted in finding me a piece of wood to replace the broken piece and THEN took it in the back room to cut it perfectly to fit my requirement. I don't do a lot of wood / craft type projects - but the customer service at this store is worth your stop if you do....thank you again Cass and thank you Rich for taking my call.

A friend and I took two separate courses here. We were both incredibly pleased with the helpfulness of the instructors and the quality of the classes.

Friendly and helpful staff who car happy to Answer any questions you may have. Nice selection of woodworking tools and supplies in once place. They have classes and demonstrations where you can use your hands and they show/direct you on how to build a project. They have projects for different skill levels and multiple different classes a month

Wayyyyy too many fun things in this place, from tools to slabs. I lose focus here, and things pull at the edges of my wallet.

Customer service was horrible. This person didn't want to do their job and wanted me to look up the item I'm looking for on their website so I can call back and give it to them.

I was elated to find there was a Woodcraft Store here when we moved from Wisconsin. The store they had near Milwaukee was terrific, knowledgeable, friendly people.Here, the quality of much of their wood is poor. fortunately, there are other sources in town.Rarely have I been greeted when I have walked into the store. Most times the staff is more interested in talking with one another than customers.because of this, I have bought a bandsaw, a table saw, and a drill press elsewhere.Too bad, this is such a convenient location for me.

Wood crafting peoples heaven is this shop.So many different kinds of tools and woods, they have.There was a workshop class while i was there.White haired men were in the class looked happy.Hope this store stays like this forever.

Just happened to drive by and noticed this store.My guy is big time into woodworking so in wr went.I have to say this shop has wood pieces galore for projects. Various wood and tools! I have not seen so many brands of tools they carry here.What I also found fascinating was that they have classes. Oh yea, this lady wants to try a class or two. And I see they carry books for different wood based hobbies.The associates here were all friendly and helpful.I'd like to return . Next time I'll take some images.

Lousy customer service. I was in the store for 30 minutes and tried to get some assistance to no avail. Not ever returning and prefer to support the other shop on Palo Verde.
