Wingstop

This review is for delivery from DoorDash.I'd heard good things about this place and overall it is pretty good. I got the atomic wings on a friend's recommendation and although it was a little too spicy for me it has good flavor in the hot sauce overall. I also got the Louisiana corn which was unique and had good flavor. Overall, I was satisfied.The delivery was good. I don't live that far away. The wings and corn were packaged properly and arrived hot. The corn was so hot I had to let it cool off.Will I try them again? Yes.

Awesome service. Great wings. Sauces are amazing. They are busy at times so call in your orders. Cashiers are friendly. Never has my order been wrong. Super job Wingstop workers.

I've been here twice in the last week. And both times, customer serive was awful. before anybody asks, I believe in second chances. But the rudness of the staff at the register is unbelievable. I was offered a b from the owner when he stopped into the restaurant I work at. He loved my cousomer service. I wouldn't be able to work with people like this. I love the wings. So I will try a different location. To many workers in the back. Alot standing there l. They look like they don't know what to do. The wait times are off the chain. Now i why the reviews are the way they are at this location.

Our large order was accurate when I picked it up, everyone behind the counter was quite friendly, and the wings were awesome. We'll definitely go back again for takeout and probably go back for dine-in as well.

God forbid you do an online order. You won't get it for awhile. 8/10 times it will not be ready anywhere near your pickup time. And then they treat you dumb when you ask about it. Save yourself the heartache and just order at the counter.

The food is amazing but why do they alwaysssssss take so long to give you your food? It's always like an hour and that counts for 30 min waiting in line and 30 min for your food to be ready. You would think they would have a better system by now .....

Walk in order at 8:00 on a Sunday night and told it would be a 40 minute wait for food inside the restaurant. Sorry. I'll take my business elsewhere. No one in the restaurant.

Order online on March 22,2024 at 2:06pm. Estimate time was 16-20 mins. Got there at 20 mins. When I first walked it they were busy with customers ordering so I went to the pick up counter. A guy came up to the counter after me and she spoke to him immediately, ignoring me in the process. After she was done she finally acknowledged me. Told her my mobile order, first and last name. She walked in the kitchen and said it's not quite done. 15 mins later a gentleman came in to put in his order. Then she actually told him how much longer it will take giving him great customer service. She then pulled his order from the mobile order shelf sliding a bag to the side. After another 15 mins I asked again how much longer it will take. She walks to the mobile order shelf instead of the kitchen. My order was sitting on that shelf the entire time! They were taking bags off that shelf the entire 20 mins while I was there and ignored mine. She didn't even bother to apologize. Both ladies who was taking orders just gave a deadpan look anytime I question my order. Since they want to antagonize and use micro aggression, I'll try different location, erasing this one off my list.

Ive only ordered delivery from here twice both times it took over an hour (I live 4 minutes away) and my order was completely wrong and missing most of the order and I've looked on the wingstop and DoorDash website for a place to atleast report that the orders wrong to try and get a refund but can't find anything. Save yourself the time money and anger and just go somewhere else where the employees actually care enough to at the very least give you the food you paid for.

I ordered online for pick up when I pulled up to this wing stop because I saw it was really busy it said my order would take about 23-28 mins fine, I waited around 25 mins before going inside they asked for my name I paid got my drink and sat down since my order wasn't handed to me. I waited 20 MINUTES MORE before I had to ask about my order which was just sitting there. I check my food and it's wrong and COLD. I go back in she says she will have them "remake it". Not even 5 mins later my order is ready. How does an order that take 28 mins to be ready take 5 mins? It's clear they just threw it back in the fryer and sent me my way. I definitely will be getting my money back.
