Wing Factory

Everything was mid. Boneless wings were mid, the hot flavor was super salty but everything else was extremely bland. Kind of reminded me of the school lunches from public school. I got 2 combos and 2 sides ended up being over $50 definitely not worth the money. But the service was good it was fast and the guy who took my order was really nice.

I've gotten take out here a few times and it's been great every time. The wings hit the spot and it's now my go to place on the east side. I also like their variety of sides.

Been here too many times over the years and this place is Top 3 wing places in all of Tucson. Nothing fancy. Just great wings. My go-to lunch spot.

Went after the step show in Tucson. Always a good time there. The employees are unmatched in professionalism and kindness. The food was done really fast for such a big order. 20 lemon pepper, 10 Buffalo, 10 BBQ , 10 Garlic Parmesan chicken wings; double order of fries and drinks. The food was really good. The wings are fried hard WITHOUT making them hard and over cooked. Darn good food, and I loved the ambiance. This is not an "upscale" establishment. However, Go if you want great food with great people.

I am a huge foodie. Love all cultures of food, and go out to eat at least three times a week every week. One of my pet peeves is when a place closes early. I walked into wing factory at 7:20pm. It was empty. Never a good sign. The owner yelled across the room and asked do you have a pick up. I loved the immediate acknowledgement but stull don't think it is appropriate to yell across the room empty or not. He said they close at 7:30. This is way to early to close. I asked why and he did give me a good answer. Hard to find employees. I asked why is that an issue in Tucson as it is not the case in most of the test of america. From there I can tell that he was racist because he stated that mexicans are being shot. This is true and an unfortunate case which needs an immediate resolution. However as a business owner you have to find ways to reach out and find solutions. Safety is number one. Customer Service is number two in successful business. This location does not have it. In my opinion the best tasting wings and great customer service goes to magpies. Please do not give a place like this that is clearly racist and does not pit customer service first. A correct response from an owner should be. I am so sorry we are closing early due to staffing and would like to extend our service to you in the future. They do not do this. They have lost true customer service.

I've been going here for last 5 years at least to get their wings and a salad. Always is fresh and the beans or potato salad is always good. I enjoy a beer while I wait for my order. Don't have a favorite so I mix it up with the mild, barbecue or honey mustard.

Absolutely amazing hot Buffalo wings, the clerk was so friendly, recommended bone in as they were on specialtoday too! ! 10 Stars

Love the wings here and their abundance of flavors for not only the wings but for the fries and sandwiches too.Wish there were more locations!

The wings are delicious. The problem I had yesterday when I went in to pick up my order happened when the time came to pay. The worker didn't ask if I wanted to add a tip to the total. Instead she rang up the order, ran my credit card, asked for my signature, reached around and added a 15% tip, and immediately completed the transaction. I am usually a generous tipper, but her taking it upon herself to tip herself was, I believe, totally unacceptable. The experience will make me think twice before ordering from them again.

picked up 10 bbq and 10 original wings on their 99cents bone in wings Wednesday special. Got home, tried the wings. the bbq ones were very small and VERY dried out. inedible. Tried the original and they were so hot, inedible as well. called the next day ( needed time to not be so mad) and spoke to mgr Jay. He couldn't find my order for about 10 minutes and his first sentence to me was "you lied to me. These were bone in, not boneless". I NEVER said boneless at all. I brought them back since they were uneaten and Jay had already left. His cook came out and said that he made them and they weren't the hot ones. He took them and said he would show Jay the next day. Jay also refused to let me contact the owner..... no one offered anything for the problem. No replacement, no refund, nothing. Will never go back...BUYER BEWARE for sure in this case.
