Window World of Tucson

The price and service was great and window quality seems fine. My contractor for remaining work after window install found a leak that would have caused moisture problem at living room window because of the installation relying on caulking only and no other moisture barrier around edges while installing the new windows! praying they don't leak. Installation manager Chris said "there was an air bubble he had to fix to stop the leak" wish me well with the other 7 windows!Not impressed!

This company used to be very good in the past ,but something is very different now. We ordered windows from them in August 2021. Installers show up in December with the wrong style and size of windows. I called the office and told the lady that I wanted to cancel the order and wanted my down payment of $1000.00 back. She told me the needed three days notice from day of order and she would tell owner. I have not heard anything back from them.

Zero stars. We had a window pane replacement a year ago. They measured incorrectly and had to reorder. It took forever for it to come in, and they still must have measured incorrectly because they had a very hard time fitting. The installer must have broken a seal and now there's moisture in the pane. They will not replace it even though this really is their poor fitting. They'll give a minimal discount to replace, but apparently they don't stand by their products or labor. I give no stars and will not ever recommend them or use them again. I noticed on the BBB, they have lots of fitting complaints. Don't bother calling these guys, go to a better window company.

After waiting a long time for the windows, very poor installation by inexperienced technician, poor followup to correct the mess, but finally the project is finished. The only shining light was the Tami who answered my repeated phone calls to the company office.

We are favorably impressed with Window World. David came to our home and demonstrated the product in a professional and friendly manner. Unlike other salesmen, he did not try to up-sell us anything that we didn't need or want. He even recommended against an additional window which would not have affected our energy costs any. He studied our needs and was able to save us unnecessary expense.Tim the installer worked quickly and efficiently. He took great care of our home, even to the point of changing out the windows without needing to remove our security iron.

We have done business with four different window installation companies in Tucson. There was always something we weren't happy about, whether it was the customer service or because the windows didn't live up to our expectations.We have been very happy with our experience with Window World. The employees have always been polite, courteous, and well mannered. We all have our preferences in styles and colors, but most of us replace windows for increased efficiency, durability, and beauty. I had the added reason of having two family members with asthma. We have slowly replaced the windows in our home over the past five years. Don't believe the hype from other companies. Window World's windows are Simply the Best for Less.

I am very happy w/ my windows. Dealing w/ my HOA was a nightmare, but when we finally got the approval they were out the next day. The 2 gentlemen (from American Renovations) that installed my windows were very polite, knew their stuff and estimate the installation perfectly. WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!!

Getting my new windows installed today and I can't say how impressed I am with the whole operation. Tim our installer explained everything he would be doing and already has 5 Windows Installed. The windows are top-of-the-line and the most beautiful thing to change the look of our house. I had to replace my windows back in Minnesota and now here in Arizona and I paid half the price I did in Minnesota for the same amount of windows.I also had a slider installed on top of at all. I highly recommend Window World as a consideration for doing your windows as I know I will continue to do business with them in the future.Thanks Window World for making our house shine and protected.Rob

So David from Window World came out explained everything answered all my questions. So he wrote up my order for three window's to be installed this was September 2021. In December all the windows came in Tim the installer started on the bedroom windows first then was getting ready to install the living room window. As he was getting ready to remove the window he re-measured it only to find that the window was too big. I'm glad he did not remove my window first! So he called David and told him the window was too big. So I talked to David and he said he would put a rush on it I said ok. Now here we are in February so I called the office to find out when my window would be in she tells me March 23rd another month. I told her my patience was getting thin. She said that David was sick but she would email him to see if he could get the window faster. I'm waiting to hear from the office. I'm not too happy ordering windows last September its now the end of February and still waiting on my living room window.P. J

We had 10 windows installed plus a sliding door in April 2020 and are very pleased with the windows and the workmanship. The reason for the GOOD review the door handle for the slider came in white and it should have been tan in color and the door was actually sent in with the wrong opening so we had to wait on a new one to be sent but other than that the windows are amazing and we LOVE the guarantee. The sales person was very knowledgable and the installer was excellent.
