I just had a haircut by Ary and I loved it! She was friendly, easy to conversare with and she really listened when I explained my concerns about my hair. She totally delivered. My hair was dull, heavy and boring and she brought it back to life - with a haircut! She recommended a hair mask and gave my head a much needed massage during the treatment. So relaxing! The entire salon is a vibe and I'll be scheduling my appointments here from now on.

Makaela Lovejoy is the best!! She's been doing my hair for years! I love my balayage and also my haircut every time! My hair has been the healthiest it's been since regularly getting my hair done by Makaela! She is very professional but also cares a lot about her clients! She did my hair for my wedding and I love seeing her every 3 months! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. You would think this place would be filled with warm and welcoming people but in reality it is a terrible place. Not one in the greeted me with anything but a stare for 15 minutes when I first got there. I had booked with one of the hairdresser Kaylee. She was late to my appointment, did not care what she was doing to my hair, started doing someone else's hair way into my appointment. (Trust me I understand being busy but this girl was straight up rude and shouldn't have a job) I can confidently say she gave me the absolute worst haircut and experience at a salon I have every received. She was rude to me about my hair and let me leave the chair with an absolute mess in my head. It is insane that I still had to pay for this service. It's very embarrassing they employ rude and unfocused people at this establishment. I hope they can do better in the future with who they staff. Terrible experience, take your money elsewhere.

Willow Salon is the coolest salon, and we are so lucky to have a salon of this caliber located in Tucson, AZ. As a natural blonde, I found it very difficult to find a local stylist not only comfortable, experienced, but also just all around amazing with all shades of blonde. (and for working with natural blondes, not just coloring dark colors to blondes) Dyeing your hair is a stressful experience, it takes long periods of time, lots of money, and you are stuck with the results - so it's worth during your research to find yourself a stylist who you can trust. Best to find someone who is not only experienced with the colors you want, but also your hair texture, and style.Emily (the owner) aka "Em the Stylist", checks off all of these boxes for me. She is well educated, and always up on ALL the hair trends. Not only did I go to her for the best blonde color I have ever had, I also went to her the first time I chose to be anything besides blonde (cue:copper, see photos in review).Cannot recommend enough, even their hair products and accesseries are amazing.

Initially, I reached out to Emily (salon owner) to see if anyone from the salon could squeeze me in before I moved out of country. She told me Kait would be glad to get me in and help me with what I wanted to achieve with my hair. 10000/10 is what I would rate this salon and the girls there. Kait was happy to help me and the service was amazing. the salon was so trendy and cute, and my hair came out better than I could have ever pictured it. thank you Kait, Emily and Willow. everything about my experience was top notch and chic! will be back. xoxo

Ever since I went to Makaela Lovejoy I won't let anyone else touch my hair! I loveeeee how she does my hair every time and gives me exactly what I want!! I always leave being obsessed with my hair, how she styles it, and leaving it so healthy! Thank you sooo much Makaela for all your hard work

If you're looking for a new salon or stylist in Tucson, look no further! I got my hair done at Willow and it was the best salon experience I've had by far! The salon is bright and beautiful and O'Neal, my stylist, made my hair dreams come true- I'm so happy I finally found my go to hair stylist!

Just went in to look at the location, looks nice clean and up to date. Prices were comparable to a lot of the area around here. Will definitely be back to make an appointment. Lots of parking in the area, staff was nice and answered questions for me and was able to gather plenty of information.

Willow Salon is an inviting, airy, beautiful salon that is easy to find. I was greeted warmly as soon as I arrived & offered beverages & snacks several times while I was there. I have been getting my hair colored & cut for over 20 years, & Amelia is the best hair stylist I have ever had by far! I had only had highlights before, & after reading about it, I thought I needed a full balayage. After listening carefully to what I said I wanted, Amelia told me something in between would work best. I was so impressed at how flexible her skills are. She was a great listener; she put up with me telling story after story about my family. When she was done, my hair was beyond my expectations! I will definitely go back to Willow Salon & to Amelia. I feel beautiful & younger!
