Wildcat Country Real Estate managed a property that I rented. It was the worst rental experience I have had in the 25 years I've been a tenant. They do not care about tenants only property owners and they certainly care about money more then they do people. They have abmissmal response times to issues at properties and will downright ignore calls and texts. They will nickel and dime away your security deposit. In fact they deducted the cost of light bulbs out of my deposit which is frankly unheard of!Bottomline DO NOT rent a property they manage and if you care about integrity and kindness do not hire them to manage your property.
