Mel, John, and the staff at WWW are incredible. They are knowledgeable, responsible, and reliable. They provide everything I look for and expect in a doggy daycare. Several things set them apart from other daycares I have experienced (in Tucson and elsewhere). The dogs do daily activities (ex: wed is game day, and thurs is paw print paint day) and they have access to outdoors as well as indoors. They get frequent potty breaks so they aren't forced to eliminate indoors, which is surprisingly the case at a lot of daycares! They also provide a shuttle to and from camp which I utilize every week due to my work schedule. My pup gets picked up from and dropped off at my residence which is soooo helpful. We have also boarded with them which leaves my pup stimulated and tired when she gets home. My dog is not one that can just sit in a kennel for a weekend. The daily updates and pictures are also great for peace of mind. Lastly and very importantly, I have seen my Rhodesian ridgeback pup blossom into a social and happy pup. Roux, who is friendly, but slightly wary of new surroundings, people, and dogs, was previously at a daycare who threw her in with 20 wild and new dogs. She, of course, barked and growled and was asked not to return. At WWW they are deliberate about their playgroups and introductions. Roux has never had problems here and enjoys her time at daycare. At the dog park, she approaches strangers for pets and initiates play with new dogs. Both things she had never really done before her time at WWW. I can't recommend Wheels, Walks, and Wags enough for boarding and daycare!

Looks like its time for a new review.THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE PERFECT PLACE FOR YOUR DOG. They go above and beyond for all of their dog clients. Did anyone say: agility day, training day, smell day, art day (yes, art), and then free play day?Drop off is easy and convenient, so is pick up. You get a daily report card with many photos. These are true dog afficianados and in tune with your dog's behavior. they take special care in matching dogs to the rooms and events. Constant supervision and outside potty space. My 9 month German shepherd has really become socialized to other dogs. DDC (doggy day care) is much cheaper than getting a new dog, and the other dogs will help socialize your dog.WWW sets the gold standard for dog care. They specifically set up a trial session to ensure new dogs match well with the packs. They are excellent at integrating the challenging dogs as well. Did anyone say patience? Yep, they have that too. They are all about the positive training approach and they read dog body language very well.So happy to be in partnership with raising a socially compatible dog while having fun.

As a first time puppy owner, I was extremely hesitant to trust anyone with caring for her. On our first day dropping of our puppy, my girlfriend and I got the meet the incredibly knowledgeable staff. I was immedIately put at ease when I spoke with them about their individual plan for my pup, and why they do what they do. Everyone there is passionate about teaching and training with positive reinforcement. They truly care about what they do, and it shows. Our pup was sad to leave every day that she spent there, and slept through the whole night after playing and training all day. I couldn't think of a better place in the Tucson area to take my dog for the day. THANK YOU GUYS!

This is the perfect place for my canine pal, Beau. He loves to run, but the weather isn't the best for outdoor frolicking. A friend recommended WWW, and it's been a match made in doggie heaven. Not only can he run in a huge air conditioned room, but Beau has stayed with the owners when I've gone out of town. The personal service and obvious love for all things dog is obvious the minute you walk in the door. I don't have enough superlatives to praise WWW!

Okay first off, who cares if the employees are not in "uniform," really? I had the BEST experience with WWW and let me tell ya, I had the worst experiences with all other doggy day cares around the area. I was flown out to Tucson for a business trip for 3 weeks, I did my due diligence 2 MONTHS PRIOR and researched, called around, and booked appointments... only to be cancelled by the 7 doggy daycares I "booked" with. I originally found WWW on Thumbtack and thought I'd give them a try. My puppy was 10 weeks old when she attended day camp at WWW, Mel (the owner) socialized her with other small puppies and tended to her THE ENTIRE DAY! She even trained her to do a little course and sent me photos throughout the day. Mel makes sure that every dog who comes in is up to date with their shots and is paired with the right group of dogs. When I first ever walked in, I spoke to John who made me feel very comfortable with the process of leaving my puppy. While sitting in the lobby speaking to John, in came a HUGE dog which was then brought into one of the playrooms. Right afterwards ANOTHER huge dog walked in! John informed me that those two were kept in separate rooms because they were both alpha males. It's incredible how much WWW knows about dog personalities and behaviors. Stella, my puppy, never wanted to leave every time I came to pick her up; that's when you KNOW they love it there! Mel and her team diligently fed, trained, and played with my puppy. During the tour of the business, I saw how much love the team had for all the dogs that came in. I was so pleased with my choice. I'll be moving to Tucson at the end of August and WWW is going to be the only daycare I go to! Thank you so much to Mel, John, Jessica, and even GREY for making Stella feel welcome!

WWW is the only place I'd leave my dogs. Mel and her husband clearly love dogs and let them have a lot of freedom in a safe environment. They get to play with others outside and inside if the weather is not so great (so no little cages or rooms by themselves). Our border collie loves them and even the hound thinks they are swell. The dogs always are excited to get there and tired when they get home. Love these folks!

I seriously could not say enough good things about WWW. I don't even know where to start....The owner, Mel is the most genuinely good person you will meet. She cares for both her human and dog customers. You can tell both she and her staff were meant to do this. She has accommodated me and my pup in every way possible. From crazy late night drop offs, early morning pick ups, forgotten food, longer days, last minute scheduling...you name it. Her and her team send the cutest pictures of all the dogs during the day...they play, do activities, casual agility, training and obedience throughout the day. Could not recommend this place more for any pup!

THIS IS NOT SOME PLACE YOU WANT TO BRING YOUR DOG IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM!! The dogs are left outside in the heat for hours on end. The yards are relatively small and usually contain more than 8 dogs at a time. My dog had heat exhaustion after coming home from daycare. I expected to pick up my dog and have him at least wiped off upon my arrival. The management was lacking and relatively unresponsive and seemed dysfunctional. The staff presentation was not professional or uniform. I brought my dog here a couple times and that was enough. Overall, this experience did not reach my expectations.

Unfortunately, i worked for this place. At first i thought it was an amazing place to go with dogs for day care to play make friends and enjoy a doggie life! However i learned quickly the owner Mel, doesn't stick around at all during the day to help take care of and or watch dogs. Inside care: Dogs (High energy/ big dogs) are being locked in cages, rooms, bathrooms all day with no attention. Lunch was never fed to dogs who's owners payed extra for it or just brought it. Dogs urine and feces are usually left on the floor for hours before picking it up. When the owner was around she just sat in the office on her cell phone for hours at a time not supervising the dogs or helping staff at all. Outside care: dogs are left outside for hours "play pools" are empty half way through the morning and not refilled unless i were to do it. The Dogs go without water. Dogs don't get any attention unless its for picture to make it look like activity's were taking place. Don't Ever Recommend This Place!
