As a Texas transplant, I do love my Whataburger. It's always fresh and hot and the employees are usually pleasant and reasonably fast. I've had a couple problems with them being out of a couple items so four stars instead of five, but it's fairly rare so I'll go whenever I crave a patty melt or some chicken strips with xtra gravy!

This is the absolute worst Whataburger I've ever been too. Food is old cold and dry. Fries Cold Burger so dry and cold you couldn't swallow it. I travel for work and always use the Wi-Fi. This store won't let you use the Wi-Fi. Employees have to come let you in the bathrooms. Eat anywhere but this particular Whataburger. It's awful.

Whyaburger? Whoaburger? Whenaburger? It's Whataburger! Whataburger is a must visit if you live in a state without one. I had the opportunity to visit one while in Tucson and it was a fun experience. The food was inexpensive and they had a unique menu compared to other traditional burger chains. We tried their patty melt and it was quite delicious. Something special that you don't usually get at a burger chain. Do yourself a favor and try one when you're in the area.

I don't understand the low recent reviews. I just had the Hatch double cheese burger, adding diced onion and mustard. What a great burger! Good beef flavor, could taste the slightly hot green chile and the onions/mustard thing is a must for me - it sets off all the flavors perfectly. Service was quick and friendly, place looked clean. Restaurant was half full at 4pm on a Saturday. If I have a meal to spare this trip, I'm going back for another.

After being rushed while ordering we still were in line for 15-20 minutes for the food to be brought out, which usually i don't mind, but we still had to go back in because they were missing half of our order. We get home and the one order that was missing is all wrong, correct receipt, completely wrong order in the bag. I paid extra for certain topping and never got said toppings. Not only did they waste my time they wasted my money. Do better at checking and packing orders. Bare Minimum.

Horrible experience. Ordered delivery, spent $40, only to have the Uber Eats driver drive right passed me and reported my order as delivered. Called Whataburger telling them what happened. They tell me I have to take it up with Uber Eats. Uber eats wouldn't help me either because I didn't order through their app. Total waste of money. Never again.

Service was great, onion rings were good. Rest of food was meh, except for the nasty 8 inch hair in my burger! A remake and apology was all that was offered. Kinda lost my appetite. This was the first time eating at one, all 4 of us would not go again.
