We had such a great experience at this location! It was small but perfect and it wasn't busy at all! We stopped for some breakfast and lunch and all of our items were cooked well. They staff was super friendly and quick. They even asked us if we needed any extra sauces or napkins and were quick to bring them to us. We will definitely stop by next time we're in the area!

Okay, it's 2020 and everything is going wrong, but the experience I had last night baffles me even against this backdrop.I ordered from Whataburger.com, using delivery as the option, and received confirmation from Door Dash. The order had 2 problems, and I could not figure out how to resolve them prior to delivery, so they were delivered incorrectly. I called the restaurant to try to rectify the situation, and the person I spoke with told me to resolve it with Door Dash since that's who I ordered it with. Well, not really, I used the Whataburger.com website, and I only realized it was fulfilled through Door Dash when I got a text message from Door Dash confirming the order and citing a delivery time frame.It was delivered quickly but incorrectly.It took me five different contacts and over an hour to attempt to get resolved.Door Dash at first was unable to locate my order (despite my offering to provide an order number), and finally did locate it , then transferred me to another department to handle resolution, then that department, when they found the order was already delivered and completed, transferred me to a third department within Door Dash. They said the last time I ordered through Door Dash was a year ago. I don't know why they couldn't access my order. The third department took my email address just like the first department but said they still couldn't find the order and directed me to contact the restaurant (a second time), ask the restaurant to work with Door Dash to resolve it. I agree that I did not initiate the order with Door Dash, but through Whataburger.com, but still, Door Dash fulfilled the order.My second call to the restaurant did not go any better. They told me (same guy I talked to at the Whataburger location I ordered from (6th & Ajo in Tucson, AZ)) to contact Whataburger online central corporate customer service, and would not contact Door Dash for me.So not only was there an issue with accuracy in terms of what options I selected and what options were applied to the order, but even the options applied to the order were not correct, either. The wrappers showed no onion and no tomato but both items had both onion and tomato. The bigger issue was the gluten allergy, I specified no bun (I've done this before) yet it had a bun so I couldn't eat that one and was just out the money.At that point, over an hour later, I was so frustrated that I just gave up and decided not to patronize Whataburger or use Door Dash again.Had I called Whataburger to order and had a problem with the order, would they have agreed to rectify it? If so, then this is just nuts.

Staff was polite and helpful. Cashier was patient and polite. Ordering was no problem. Food arrived in reasonable time for in dining experience. Good selection of condiments. Food was good. No problems.

I'm from Texas, the home of Whataburger, and have always adored their fries, shakes, and of course their honey butter chicken breakfast biscuit! We stopped by on our way to Phoenix at 3 am for an early flight because this chain is the only food joint I care for that is open 24 hours. I don't fault them for taking a bit longer than they might during regular business hours as it seems they had to start up their fryers and what not. That doesn't bother me, but the food was off. Something about the chicken tasted wrong, like it was sitting in the fridge uncovered for a few days and then finally nuked in the microwave 30 seconds too long just for me. Every though it was hot, the sandwich just did not taste fresh.It was one meh experience but whether from sentimental nostalgia or forgetfulness, I know I'll be back again.

Go to In N Out; if not for the value, then the customer service. I ordered a burger with no bun...asked for it to be wrapped in the lettuce...."we don't do wraps". I then asked for a large coke. My girlfriend orders exactly the same thing. Ok, I asked for something special and they said "no"; no problem. My receipt says 2 large fries, but no cokes. I ask about it and they say that they for got to charge me for the cokes and start to ring me up. I told them I never orders the fries (I am sure because it happened 20 seconds ago). She confers with the manager, and that pillar of commerce says that they are the same price.Fries = 2.59Coke = 2.39I point out the difference and she tells me "tax". Tax....tax....tax? Is she trying to tell me that some items on the menu include tax and some add the tax later? What?!?For people that can't get an order right, refuse and special order, and generally have no grasp of their own menu or how simple transactions work; they say "give me 40¢, because I can't figure out anything that my job requires."Can you imagine any of this happening elsewhere. Keep your Whataburger Arizona and Texas, no need to spread this kind of garbage across the country.

Whataburger is a great food choice in the clutch. Especially in Tucson, since everything here closes so early. The food is amazing and the cashier was a sweetheart. I'm giving them a three because I couldn't gain any rewards point due to the machine being broken or undertrained staff. In either case, I was one away from free food. That was a bummer. Restaurants have been jumping into technology with apps and online ordering. Yet, it doesn't seem like any of them train their staff it's disappointing.

Waited 10 mins at the microphone to order and not a word, so I pulled up to the window to order. The little skinny funny looking guy asked what did I order and I replied that I didn't get a chance to yet. He said What! Well what do you want hurry up. I got mad and took off. Just because you're protected by the window doesn't mean you get to talk crazy. I went to another Whataburger and the service was better and food was amazing. Be careful who you have working at the drive thru if they're as ugly as the food then I ain't goin back.

We tried using their app. But was unable to navigate it. Their promotion said one thing, and the app. was saying contrary information. I asked an employee, which further our frustration to this unfortunate situation. I figured if it was this difficult to order or ask questions from an employee, maybe I should just call the time of death and go somewhere else to eat.

Never fresh!!! Always take long to make food, even tho only 2 cars total in drive thru. Always gets order messed up some how. Chicken is never fresh.
