Dr. Sethi is still managing my post cancer follow up. He does FaceTime visits quite often which makes the 3-month follow ups easier to manage. I still have to go in for labs, but it's nice to have a video chat two days later instead of going back to the office. My favorite thing though is that Dr. Sethi writes in my medical chart after every visit, "... is an exceptionally pleasant xx-year-old." I told my mom, its official, she raised an "exceptionally pleasant" daughter. Success!!

A really poor office, avoid at all costs. Dr. Insel dropped me as a patient because I chose not to take a dangerous drug, prescribed by another physician for a health issue unrelated to Insel!Dr Sethi was worse... spent 3 minutes with me in a new patient appointment and then rushed off to see another patient... with little comment other than he didn't like the blood work I brought in.... said the blood was drawn an hour too early! These two should not be practicing medicine, IMO... and the third, Seri Whoever, is no better.

Dr Inel is the most caring doctor ihave ever had. He is a great listener and always tries to help. The staff is great also. I have been a patient since 2007.

Bait and Switch. I waited for 2 months specifically for an appointment with Dr. Sury. An appointment confirmation call was made, I went through all of the exam prep, and as she was leaving the room, the MA said - Dr. Sethi will be right in. You mean Dr. Sury, I said. No. Dr. Sury gave your case to Dr. Sethi.Excuse me??!! There were many opportunities to inform me of this, and I would have cancelled or objected. Dr. Sethi was, as I expected, not experienced enough to handle the complexities of my case. I wasted time - 2 months waIting plus time at the office, money - I asked tHat they NOT bill for this wasted day. Of course, they did. And, I drove away with no treatment. No apology or attempt at service recovery, I might add. Done and Done with this practice.

I'd give a big negative if it were available! Poor care no, how about no care! Can't get these folks to return a call or email to get an appointment, with or without a referral. Contrary to their ads. Glad I didn't go there after all. Care is prob equal totheir lack of respect!

Dr Sethi had terrible bedside manners, touched me without telling me why or what he was doing, and screwed up the settings on my insulin pump. I asked to change to a different doctor, and for some reason they have a policy where you can't see a different doctor in their clinic if you've already been to one of their providers. What kind of ridiculous policy is that? My insurance plan has a very limited number of doctors that can see me, and because of this policy, I've lost three potential providers. What a joke.

I wanted to tell you how disappointed I am with your group. I have been waiting for months to get in to see Dr. Sreenija Suryadevara. I was referred to her by my GP, Dr. Netley D'Souza. After many phone calls over several weeks (never getting called back as promised BTW), I called today, was put on hold and then was told the Doctor wouldn't see me because I have been seen by another doctor in the same group within the last 3 years which was Dr. Posadas. I left Dr. Posadas over a year ago because she refused to try me on Amour thyroid. I'm not as upset about the policy (although it's a stupid one from a business standpoint) as I am about the length of time it took to be told.I'm sick and need treatment. I'm glad it is such a priority to your group. I will certainly get the word out to avoid Western Endocrine Associates.

We are so thankful we found Dr. Suryadevara who has been extremely professional, respectful, and informative during our first appointment with her. My mother is highly anxious and doesn't speak English very well, but Dr. Sury took her time with her and explained and repeated information. We left the clinic feeling thankful for the excellent care. The office staff seemed professional as well, and the wait time was reasonable. Just another perspective.

Worst dr and staff ever. If I could negative rate, I would. Worst medical experience I've had myself or any family member!!! Definitely go elsewhere and not waste your time. After an initial appt in May, followed by a tele health appt in June. The dr okayed and ordered a medication saying it would benefit me. Switched over to his medical assistant to see if office had samples, which they didn't, but that was fine. Told she would send it over to pharmacy, then work on all the prior auths needed. Days, weeks go by and nothing! Called 5-6 times over the 2 months to finally get someone to answer vs "we'll take a message and they will get back to you" Answer given is they called my number multiple times, which didn't happen as I have a cell phone with no missed unknown calls, to tell me Dr. Sethi never prescribed medication and it's not in my visit note. Said I would need to make an appt. Scheduled appt for my work schedule and put me with appt late October. Get called to see if I will switch to tele health appt, refused after the June fiasco of no medication filled after phone visit. Asked me if I could come in earlier, which again "no" because of work schedule. They called a couple hrs later stating "the dr refuses to see me if I'm only going to ask for medication." Complete 180 when he verbally prescribed it in June. She said they would see me for lab work and medication refill on thyroid only. Told them that made no sense paying specialist copays for that care. Staff said "that's fine so we'll drop you from our patient care, have a good day."

Dr Suryadevara is an EXCELLENT physician. She listens to my concerns, explains everything very well, and her interventions have helped me lower my A1c to a healthy number and keep it stable. I'm so grateful to be her patient.
