Excellent company, reasonable rates for internet and always quick to respond. I prefer to support local businesses whenever possible. It is so rare these days for a company to know their customers as more than an account number. I highly recommend the team at Western Communications for your internet service provider!!

I was very happy with the extensive work that they did for my ham radio HF installation, installing two different antennas, and selling me and installing a cell phone amplifier. All of which work very well. Service provided by them and Gary and the staff there was exemplary.I had a very long drive to get there but it was worth it.

I am very impressed with the internet speed which is faster than DSL by CenturyLink here in Tucson and works consistently for me. Solid internet connection with no data limits! I am on the lowest price tier and it's plenty of bandwith for me to watch videos without buffering.

I am ecstatically happy with my new internet provider, Western Communications & Satellites. Gary is the man when it comes to satellites, antennas, and communications. His company has many towers in town which are directly connected to fiber optic cables in the Tucson Mtns. which come directly from Los Angeles. The speeds are pretty good for the prices and the equipment seems very high tech and professional. He uses frequencies that are not common/popular, so the connections tend to be crystal clear. His customer service is top notch too. My internet is finally reliable and fast, thanks Gary!If you live on the outskirts of town or even if you live in town, and you need a new ISP, call Gary. You will probably not be disappointed.

The customer service at WESTERN COMMUNICATIONS is OUTSTANDING! I RARELY have an outage, I have written previous reviews about this company and my opinion has only grown more solid than the former review I wrote that I plan to stay with this company for my internet service

After scheduling an installation with Cox a month in advance of our move, their technicians arrived on the due date and told me they couldn't perform the work because the pole they needed to connect to was in a neighbor's yard and they couldn't gain access. I use internet for business and this was a major setback. Western came to the rescue and they had me and running the same day! Great company, great connection and great folks to deal with. Couldn't be happier to break the cord and enjoy superior service and support. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

I used Western Communication for a HAM radio install. Not only did I have to wait 2 hours for them to show up to my appointment they did a horrible job. I began having electrical problems and it was diagnosed as a shotty install job. I removed the equipment and found that what was supposed to be new equipment looked used. I went back in and confronted them and I was told it was used equipment, sold to me at full retail, brand new price. I was told they would order me new stuff if I let them install the equipment in my new vehicle. I did not want them touching anything I own again. This company is terrible. They are crooks and they will take advantage of you. DO NOT USE.

I have had good luck in the past with their service and repairs on my computers. However the other day I had a lap top in to get the network drivers reinstalled and all of sudden I now need a new hard drive, so I picked it up and went to Best Buy and they ran a full scan and found that the network drivers need to be reinstalled. So if Gary wants to sell you blinker fluid you may want to get a second opinion.
