West-End Pawn & Gun

I've been in several times and have always left satisfied. The entire team goes out of their way to make me feel welcome. I've purchased weapons, ammo and they've special ordered magazines for me. They're my go to business.

I have worked with these guys to purchase both firearms and accessories. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I encourage everyone to look at them as an option for purchases. I will certainly do business with them again in the future.

Had to pawn a tool box. My wife went to renew said tool box. Handed the employee the toolbox ticket and some tolls ticket also. They didn't renew the toolbox but entered a cheap radio instead and sold my toolbox. Claimed my wife gave her the radio ticket and they stand by their employee.. But my wife has two radio tickets now and no tool box.. as they take the original one when they renew. They took the toolbox ticket and renewed the radio and denied it and pretty much said they didn't do it and sorry but the toolbox is being looked at..AKA they didn't sell it but someone is interested so they can't fix it..... Moral of the story.. don't pawn anything and don't trust pawn shops...

Great shop and friendly staff.A lot of items to choose from.Lots of tools and guns to choose From. I will be a return shopper.

I made a purchase , shot gun and the new owner and his crew are very helpful and knowledgeable. I got a great deal on a new gun. Well stocked ammo section and plenty of pistols and rifles new and used to choose from. They will also help with FFL transfers and finding hard to get accessories for you. Other shops in the area don't seem as friendly or helpful. These guys are a diamond in the rough !
