Wendy's

(1st: manager is trying hes a good dude.) Well for the 3rd time waited about 30 minutes after placing the order online. Got dangerous and ordered at drive through and only waited 20 minutes . Food is OK and lemonades are trash here. Bad ambiance to add the cherry on top. If you love waiting this place is 10/10. Staff is failing the manager

OkI m here to raise the stars. I had a pick up at the airport and was a hour early. An hour. Ok the cell lot, but no shade. So a ice tea and 10 Spicey chicken nuggets. She gave me a senior deal large ice tea at regular price. Thanks. I thought spicey needed no sauce but she recommended bbq. It was good. The two lady's are doing the counter and drive thru. Def needed one more person. My wait was normal. Ice tea was excellent. And I do care At least I could sit down. 106 f outside And McDonald's in the next lot turned me away. I needed to lay low. This Wendy's will get ALL my Airport wait times. And I NEVER go to Wendy's. The two ladies were so kind to everyone, I watched.. They work way too hard for the money they make and no tip jar. If go to TUS this is a good hang out. I ll be back.

Went here today, Sat in the drive thru for forever. thankfully no cars were behind me so I reversed and went inside. I think I seen a total of 3 workers so maybe they were understaffed. The guy that took me order was very nice! Food took about 7minutes and honestly idk why because nothing was fresh. Bathrooms smell terrible.

The staff needs to be replaced. Not friendly at all. The food is terrible. I ordered for all my family and the food was completely cold. Their new strawberry smoothie was disgusting. I have eaten at Wendy's in other states and I know their food quality but the Wendy's in Drexel should be closed. Doesn't represent what Wendy's is all about

I waited 20 minutes without being served but it was long enough to realize they don't wash their hands no thanks I don't want to get sick.

Horrible customer service. Parked me and had me waiting for 20 minutes and when i called you didn't know what i was parked for. Workers are rude asf. Shouldnt have to wait longer than 20 minutes for my food. Dont come here if you want "fast food". Just horrible.

0stars do not come here my food had MOLD... also disgusting language here.. locked the door and went to the back then I went through the drive through and the made me wait to get down again and they got this place is absolutely disgusting it's insane NEVER COME HERE . thank you for your time.

Stop by to have lunch. Ordered the single baconator. When I opened it to make sure there was no cheese on it found 3 very small pieces of bacon. Not worth the $7 I spend on it. Will not be going to this Wendy's anytime soon.

I thought that the grilled chicken sandwich was pretty good. The resteraunt was clean, the servers were pleasant. I usually don't eat at fast food places, but in a pinch, I would definitely choose to eat here.

Best Spicy Chicken Sandwich of any fast food chain! Service is very good and dependable. Best Frosty for dessert!
