Wendy's

Went to Wendy's for the first time in years - whole menu has changed since we've been there ! I think they sacrificed some quality in their food for lower pricing ! We ordered 2 Jr cheeseburgers and 2 frosty's - frosty's were great ! Burgers not so much - just not even close to what they were ! Very little flavor ! Caramel frosty was fantastic and we would get that again ! No change in lobby area and staff working area including fresh cooking area - those parts could still remain the same ! Need some food upgrades !

CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!!!These buffoons couldn't get my sandwich right even after making me wait 12 MINUTES! Also, couldn't remember to give me my sauce i ordered or even straws and napkins! DO YOUR JOB

Went here after work. Wouldn't serve me because I was on a scooter. I rode up to say their intercom was not working, and the employee just started taking the order of the guy behind me. Then said, oh it doesn't work with scooters, refused me order and said they wanted me to come in. I didn't realize Wendy's discriminates based on what you drive. I won't be stoping here on my way home after work anymore,

Tried the Sausage Egg Swiss Croissant breakfast sandwiches... lousy and poor value... small, sausage dry, egg overcooked, and Where's the cheese? Very disappointed in taste and size.

The workers are rude , they only have "one sandwich maker" which in my opinion is overload in work for one person during dinner hours. The wait times will be ridiculous and that's horrible pay for the demanding of a person getting minimum wage. Let's not support this modern slavery guys, you agree?

Whoever was working window on february 18th at 10pm needs to be fired. some girl it was. dark hair. didnt say anything besides the total of the order. super rude. and it was wrong. i had to drive back and get it. no apologies no nothing. what a big B! what kind of place is this.

This morning was the first time I had the breakfast burrito. I ordered 2 breakfast combo meals . I was starving after being at the doctor's for 2 hours. Anyhow, once I got home I was ready to eat. Unfortunately I was highly disappointed with my meal. The burrito was cold, as well as the fries that came with the meal. Whatever that yellow stuff they put in the burrito, it had zero flavor. After about 2 bites, I wrapped the rest of the burrito up and I was tempted to take it back to where I got it. Sorry, but I will NEVER buy another burrito combo from Wendy's again. This all happened at the Wendy's at Orange Grove and Thornydale. I guess it's back to Burger King for their breakfast combo.

So I'm in the drive thru now. Watched them patiently wait to add food to bag. Almost pull out, reach into my cold bag of food. Chicken nuggets ice cold, fries cold. Hand those back and then hope at least my burger was warm. Cheese didn't melt at all and patty was double cooked from sitting in warming drawer. Nasty. I don't even really want the recook as the guy is scraping grease off a splatter guard of some sort ,right near where my food is being cooked. Ugh

There Pretzel Roll Baconator is well worth the price. I absolutely love this burger.

How long does it take for a restaurant to fix a oven? Seems to be a corporate level issue but are you kidding me? Seems irresponsible of both parties
