The only person who does there job is Elizabeth the shift manager, this place is mind blowing .. it's dirty nothing is fresh and the general manager is extremely unprofessional and rude to her and the customers . Iv seen it myself I hear him talking to people and it blows my mind.I have personally been treated badly by crew members. The kitchen looks a mess and my food is never fresh I enjoy wendys but this location is terrible... also my food is never made correctly food is being wasted all the time because of that . Elizabeth is very friendly and deserving but the rest of the crew have been rude and unprofessional. I have had to have my food re made up to 3 times and still does not taste fresh , the health department needs to check this place and speak to the actual district manager, stuff needs to be replaced .. you can tell when you are inside ordering. Iv been here multiple times and the only time I am treated correctly and professionally is when I happen to place my order with Elizabeth but this is getting out of hand

I can't name a single time in the last decade where the nuggets I ordered were hot... even warm for that matter. Expect slow service and cold food if you come here.

Our experience was so frustrating that even giving a one-star rating would be too high. This app won't post my review without a rating so one-star it is!

Fuck this location!!!! They have zero customer service!!! They are open for breakfast until 1030, why did they go outside and change the menus to lunch at 1015?!?

Five stars to Shiloh the manager! When our mobile app kept refusing to let us order, she honored the "free pub fries" promotion despite us having to order at the window. Bravo to a problem solving, great manager who cares about her customers!

Place has turned it around but the reviews are newer on google. Yelp reviews need to catch up.

I tried to confirm my order at the window and the person said I got your order and then threatened that I couldn't come there any more and it progressed from there .Talk about the worst customer service and the worst person I have ever dealt with

I ordered a medium chocolate frosty on door dash and gave me an orange small frosty and I wasn't able to get my refund.

Asked for Baconator fries with EXTRA CHEESE SAUCE. Got charged for the EXTRA CHEESE SAUCE, yet when I got my order half the fries were as dry as the desert. Why charge me for extra cheese sauce when you barely added a scoop of cheese sauce?? This location is a scam and rips off their customers.
