Weathersby Windows & Doors

I couldn't be happier with the beautiful new windows and doors that Weathersby installed in our renovated, historic mid-century home. The salesman, Vinnie, was professional and responsive, addressing all of our questions and concerns and guiding us through our options. Nate and Shawn did an excellent job with the installation and left everything looking polished. I love our new Therma-Tru fiberglass front double doors. They have a beautiful geometric design on the front that matches the aesthetic of the house. We had a great experience with this local, family-owned company.

As we geared up for a major remodeling project, I got several bids for our custom window needs. John with Weathersby impressed us from the first interaction so when their pricing came in below other Milgard suppliers, we placed the order. They took a long time to arrive - even a few weeks past the expected date (thus the deduction of a star) but now that they're installed, we couldn't be happier. Gorgeous and high quality. Chris and the Phoenix installation team came when they said they'd be there and helped us get the house sealed up asap in the middle of monsoon season. Overall a great experience.

We purchased three Milgard sliding doors to replace some very old patio doors that had gotten warped and were difficult to close. The bid I received was done in a matter of hours from my original phone call. We were able to arrive at a very reasonable competitive price. Compared to the other Milgard quote I received, this company promised installation, five months earlier, and at a better price. I was not disappointed with the installation, and the company kept its word as to pricing. I would strongly recommend using this company.

It's been a year or 2 since my experience with this company. I should have read all of these reviews first but I didn't. I hope I have learned my lesson. I was so upset with this company I couldn't even write a review until now. I hoped the best from Weathersby but in the end I was not happy. We ordered Milgard doors and windows which are decent windows (some issues with them too), however Weathersby didn't really know the products they represent. After we approved the concept drawings one of the casement windows was ordered with the wrong hinge and the casement didn't have a crank out like they told us. It is a push out due to the insulated aluminum frame. I requested a detailed invoice with a breakdown and that took a month to get. Details on the install was unprofessional and unfinished. There's more but I won't list them all. If you use Weathersby I hope it's a simple replacement window and nothing more complicated. They need to stick with the easy stuff.

In Nov 2014, Weathersby Windows & Doors supplied all of the windows and doors for my guest house. I must have been one of their first customers, working with them then was effortlessly uncomplicated from order to delivery. Since then I've had a guest accidentally damage a sliding door, Weathersby's effortlessly got me to the manufacturer who replaced the door under their lifetime warranty. Recently I employed a handyman and the job went so wrong that the "finger" joint side of the door jam is ruined beyond repair. Having little success shopping around I called Weathersby and spoke to John, they are not normally in the business of supplying parts of a job but today the gods were on my side and kindness and generosity rule high at the Weathersby store. Where should you go when looking for windows and doors somewhere that provides peace of mind, that's smooth sailing at Weathersby Window & Doors. Thank you.

Louie and Dave were amazing with their skill sets changing out my door, painting, trim replacement, stucco patch and door fit! Plus, total cleanup in a timely manner. Other than waiting for product to arrive, company is very professional!

The window order took a long time on order, 15 weeks. I was prepared since I was made aware of this when we ordered the windows. High Quality Windows.Louie's team was professional and had everything they needed to do the job correctly. Left the worksite in better shape then he found it. He noticed a scratch on the glass, and ordered replacement for us. (Hopefully it doesn't take as long) We have been very happy with Weathersby. I am giving it a 4 star since there was a scratch on one of the windows. Appears to be inside the panes of glass, so a factory quality issue. The windows are perfect except for the scratch.Would highly recommend Weathersby.

I had new Milgard replacement windows and have been happy until I noticed that I could see the outdoors in one of the west facing windows. I then checked all the 13 windows and noticed the same thing in five of them. Very lighty chalked and no chinking of insulation between the window frame and the wood rough opening.. I called and they said they don't cover after 2 years and I did a little complaining and talked about the craftsmanship of the installation, They called back and scheduled a time for someone to come out and review. That took place and They scheduled a time for someone to come back and prep and re-chalk. Got a call post postponing that date and rescheduling for another date. Noone showed up. I had taken down blinds and custom stain glass panels that hung in front of windows, rearranged Funiture. No one showed. called and no one could come out. Called someone else to do the job and do it right., scrap off the old chalking and chink in insulation then re-chalk inside and out! What a nightmare that turned out to be.Bob in Tucson

Windows look great! Good Commnication throughout project. Everything was smooth no issues, I would recommend Weathersby for your next window project.

Set up multiple appointments to come out and look at our door replacement , cancelled both times after I had made arrangements to be there .It's still September and yet they told me they are booked until February of 21 . So why are you advertising if your not looking for business? Why wasn't this passed along first time you set up appointment.If they do this for estimates then hate to see what they would do on installation.Sorry for inconvenience does t cut it in my book .Find another contractor and supplier ! Period .
