Water Mart

We needed water supplies and some water. The water store was clean, the staff friendly and the prices were reasonable.The water tasted filtered without any chemical smells to it.

I love coming here! The women and gentleman that work here are so sweet and caring. Their customer service goes above and beyond which is something we don't see very much of nowadays. I have been coming here ever since I moved to Tucson and I have nothing bad to say. The their ice cream is great. their shaved ice is great but fair warning you will get more than anticipated, which isn't always a bad thing. Overall great people, great business and I'm very happy to call this my permanent 5 gallon water refill place here in Tucson.

This review has nothing to do with the water or products at this location, though has everything to do with the young man that could not be more disinterested in providing any type of positive customer service experience. He seemed annoyed that I had the audacity to enter the store and ask for assistance this past weekend and I won't be back. No pleasantries, whatsoever. Hello, good morning, thank you, have a nice day, happy holidays, don't let the door hit you in the butt... nothing. Just a frowning, speechless kid who made me feel completely unwelcome. And just like that, they lost a customer and, trust me, I know... he couldn't care any less. Maybe the owner will?

They advertise as shaved ice which is supposed to be a snow like consistency. . He uses a machine from 1922 which makes snow cones not shaved ice. The flavor strawberry is absolutely awful, barely uses any syrup and shapes it with his bare hands. Disgusting do not go here

Up and coming reviews for the ice cream and Hawaiian ice offerings. I originally came for water and to buy bags of ice. It's nice to know we now have a stop for a tasty cone. The owner says he makes the syrup for the ice and also has sugar-free.

Water Mart's water is so pure that it nearly equals the quality of my large home distiller: Home distiller measures = 0ppm, Water Mart measures = 3-5ppm (so close to distilled that it's not even worth mentioning the difference.) That is just about as pure of H2O that you can get. Any time I go in, they are always very helpful (carrying the heavy jugs to my car) and treating me right. I just love this place! Thanks Water Mart!

Good product, but what's up with the opening times? I've always got my ice here as I headed out for camping or to the lake.Now, not open until 10:30 and closed on Sundays??

I really enjoy coming here for the water and the ice cream they sell. They offer a variety of water bottle sizes and filtered waters. Each time I've visited this shop, the employees have been very kind and helpful. They always keep the shop very clean. As for the sweet treats, they offer shaved ice/Hawaiian shaved ice and Thrifty's ice cream which is very nostalgic for me so I always get a scoop or three each time I visit for water or ice. The prices are realistic and the portions on the shaved ice/Hawaiian ice are very generous and can be a little sticky. I highly recommend coming here for your water and ice needs; might as well grab a scoop while you're there :)
