Loved this store as soon as I walked in I was greeted. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Jesus answered all my questions and helped me through the process of picking out the correct color to fit my hair thank you again!!

I walked in to the facility...no greeting from anyone in the store first red flag then I look around for the product I came in for and notice a worker not stocking the shelves but on her phone ! Looked up at me and went back on the phone ! After I found thee product (I had her look for it ) I went to the register and noticed the cashiers eyes were bloodshot red ... I ignored and applied my phone number for points which was supposed to be asked for before the purchase was charged full price told him to soo a refund then apply it and I got This nasty vibe from him because I wanted my points applied and he wasn't doing his job why do you hire people who are nervous or anxious around BLACK people when that's who you're making money off of

My friend wanted some hair extensions we ended up buying a lot of makeup and lashes LoL.

I shopped at this store yesterday. I have never purchased a wig before. I told the girl who helped me that. She never suggested that I try the wig on. She certainly made sure that she told me everything I would need, which I purchased over $82! I got home and tried it on and hated it. I tried to return it today and was told that all sales are final. Even though the only thing I opened was the wig, they would not take any of the unopened products back either! I will not shop there again!

Really disappointed with how we were treated. I will no longer be shopping here. They don't respect choices and or common sense. There are plenty of other places to shop, and not have to abide by ridiculous rules. Wish I could leave them zero stars!

Will be referring friends & family here for all their hair needs. They have it all if your into wigs, naturals, braids or a weave they have it all! Waba on grant is the place to shop.

I was in town for the weekend ( I live in Phoenix ) and needed to get a few hair care products. I was in search of a good hair gel to purchase . Pia( sales associate) was super helpful and provided me some recommendations for gel . I appreciated her help ! When I was ready to purchase my items , I inquired about the new purchase point system . At this time the manager was at the front counter as well. I stated I was unaware that they had a new system in place , until I went to store in Phoenix ( on Southern ). I just have to say that Pia and the manger went above and beyond with my purchase . First , it was a pleasure to actually interact with the store employee and manager . PLEASE visit this store if you're in town !!!!! Super helpful and excellent customer service !!! I'll visit again . Thank you so much !!!!

went to buy tape in hair extensions. was told my hair was "18inches" by the time i got home. i checked the length. the tapes were 2 inches shorter than my hair. but because i opened the package to check. i am stuck with tape ins i can not use because i trusted the sales people. Will not be shopping there again. Don't shop there if you're unsure of what you need.

Do not come here if you are disabled or have a service dog. They want to play and talk to your pup while you're in the store with your dog but don't want them in the store. They do not know the federal ADA laws and state they have no way to look them up. (Almost everyone has a smart phone these days). I will never be going back to any locations in Tucson. They have zero signs that say no animals or no service dogs. The believe service dogs have to have a certificate which is false. The dumb ass lady didn't even asked if it was a service dog. My dog clear as day has patches that say "do not pet" "service dog". I had the same issue at the store on 6th and will be posting the same review there. There are two questions you can legally ask someone who has a service dog 1 are they a service dog? 2 what are they're tasks? Neither of those questions were asked.

I went to visit store tonight after an awful experience at Glow wigs. Prices and customer service were absolutely impeccable compared to Glow wigs. Ashley the manager spent time explaining my options, fitting me and ultimately giving me a discount after wasting my money at previous store. I left the store with faith in people being restored!
