We've been shopping here since it was BBB Fashions, before being bought by Waba. We just love shopping here in both Tucson, Casa Grande & Phoenix. The prices and value have always been an important thing for us. We can always find deals for adults and teens at this location. There is such a variety of products for both Women, children and men. Now even including hair care & beauty products

I will never go there again !!!!! Right when you walk in the the kid at the door profiles you ....... myself and my kids USE to shop there all the time but after the ridiculous imbarassing situation this passed weekend. The store didn't have what I needed so as we're leaving the idiot at the door assumed I was stealing. Telling us can you empty your pockets wtf! I was raised better then that !!!! If I was stealing I wouldn't of parked in the front of the store with my handicap sticker ... I will go back to SALLY'S BEAUTY SUPPLY ..... there customer service is TERRIBLE. I HOPE THEY CHECK THE CAMERAS AND FEEL STUPID !!!!!

Do not come here if you are disabled or have a service dog. They want to play and talk to your pup while you're in the store with your dog but don't want them in the store. They do not know the federal ADA laws and state they have no way to look them up. (Almost everyone has a smart phone these days). I will never be going back to any locations in Tucson. They have zero signs that say no animals or no service dogs. The believe service dogs have to have a certificate which is false. The dumb ass lady didn't even asked if it was a service dog. My dog clear as day has patches that say "do not pet" "service dog". I had the same issue at the store on grant and will be posting the same review there. There are two questions you can legally ask someone who has a service dog 1 are they a service dog? 2 what are they're tasks? Neither of those questions were asked. The lady assumed she's an emotional support animal which she is not.
