Voltron Brewing Taproom

This is a brand new tap room in Tucson, so my bestie and I went to check it out. It is a joining of It is on the side of the building rocks and ropes is located. They are working at getting signs out on the street to be more visible. Outside there is a big colorful sign. Walking inside, it is simple, but warm. There are tables, and a bar. (Only beer). Jose was the bartender, and he was very nice. We tried several tasters, and then tried the Voltron Collab beer. . Our second beer was Salida Del Sol...a Mexican Amber. Excellent taste for both choices. I asked about food being worked in down the road, and they are working on it. Food trucks are there on occasion, and I am guessing that will increase in frequency. The brewing area is MASSIVE and you can see it through a long window in the bar. The hours are limited now, but I am sure will increase as things ramp up. Give it a try, it is worth it!

The beer was very good and the atmosphere is chill. Friendly bartenders with good knowledge of the selection. I enjoyed the flight where I could try a bunch of different beers. Would definitely go back.

Spent a long time driving around trying to find this obscure location. This brewery is closed.

We stumbled upon this place while on the way to a couple other nearby breweries. There was no way we weren't going to stop in, and found this to be an excellent tap room. The bartender said it was a joint project between Borderlands and Firehouse and in the back room there was brewing equipment you could see through the taproom window. We have stopped in several times and love the beer and atmosphere. This can easily be the center of a good brewery tour for you!
