Just started my physical therapy here and I am very pleased with my service. I don't think I could recuperate on my own. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have noticed my range of motion is getting better. I appreciate all the care and attention given to me during my appointment. I highly recommend Vitality for physical therapy!

This place is horrible. They do not do any hands on therapy, they sit you in front of a machine and tell you to this or that for how ever many minutes while the employees play on their phone or the computer. They don't care about the well being of their clients. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY SUCK

I just finished six weeks of physical therapy following a knee replacement. The therapy focused on increasing flexibility, strength and stability. Most of the work on my part involved doing a variety of exercises using machines and the direction of the therapists in doing the motion exercises. Mainly they would tell me to "do this with each leg 30 times, holding the position for 5 seconds." While this might not seem like a lot of direction or treatment to many people, it was exactly what I needed. I found the staff to be professional and attentive, although they spend a great deal of the time charting on computers. Overall, I found the treatment to be highly effective; and after 6 weeks following surgery, I am very satisfied with my progress. I have had physical therapy following surgery at 3 other places, and I have found Vitality to be the best.

My wife took my daughter in. We were trying to strengthen her after nearly a year being ill in bed. The doctor was pretty harsh, saying my daughter didn't want to improve and there was nothing he could do to help. My wife and daughter went out into the car and both started crying at their treatment. Unless you know the doctor and are on good terms, I recommend going elsewhere.

Today's PT was not worth the trip. Upon arrival I felt like I was interrupting my PT person's discussions with the other PT person regarding fast food prices, spicy versus not spicy, and Mickey D's locations. With another patient he discussed his personal exercise routines, son, wife, previous job, etc. Then didn't offer my usual icing. He talked nonstop the entire hour. Then when I was leaving, the receptionist was missing and 2 others were waiting too. The door to the office was closed, Guess they didn't care about my copay!

This center is clean and has good physical therapists , except for 1 female who presents as being depressed all the time. No eye contact , no conversation and did not seem interested in my physical therapy plan. There are a lot of PT offices around , so I don't think I would return to this one .

Dr. Hinkle and the physical therapists were just wonderful! The only reason I had to leave is that I am moving from Sahuarita to downtown Tucson. I let them know I was going to give them a five star review because they really deserve it!

Wish I could give it zero stars. Steve Hinkle owns this place, so he has no supervision or oversight and it shows!I went for 3 weeks and saw no improvement and I have responded to Physical Therapy very well in the past. Steven is immature, demeaning and unprofeesional. Stay Away!!!!

I went there for massage and chiropratic help due to sciatica, which I also marked on the forms I filled out and in my 5 minute evaluation I reiterated the same need. The owner Steve and the clinic manager Anthony were the 2 persons doing the eval. Well, I was promptly put on a machine that exacerbated my pain, then another machine which did the same. All this while listening to Anthony talk in the voice of Boris from the cartoon Rocky and Bullwinkle, his boss Steve was in an office with the door open and I know he could not help but hear all of this ignorant talk. I complained about the extreme pain in my leg and Anthony went to talk to Steve and for someone who supposedly knows about chiropractic, he had me hold onto the table as he jerked on my leg. He moved the table and almost pulled me off the table, so he had Anthony hold onto the table and tried again. I have been going to chiropractors for 55 years and NEVER had an experience like this. Plus Steve had a bad attitude about doing anything chiropractic. Anthony proceeded to question me about how long I was divorced (it is on the forms you fill out) if I lived alone, if I really didn't have kids and where I last worked (which was at a passport center) he then asked how he could obtain illegal passports. Folks this all happened within an hour. I went a total of 4 times and they did the same thing plus exercises and I was in more and more pain. I seen and heard other people complaining to them. I have nothing good to say about this place.
