Vista Glass

I hired Vista Glass via a referral a friend hadgiven me. They came out did great consultations andestimates. I scheduled my install; they were prompt ontime. They were efficient and very quick, and done within couple hours.I highly recommend this company with pricing andcommunication.

I made an appointment with Vista Glass to come out for an estimate this past Thursday. Everything was confirmed and they were supposed to arrive between 1 - 5pm. At 3:30pm, I called to make sure the worker was still coming by. I was told the worker was not answering his phone but should be headed my way soon. Shockingly, no one ever showed up, no one ever called to tell me they weren't coming. They were worse than the cable company. Super bad customer service. I understand if things happen - that's why phones exist, so you can notify someone.

They came out, measured, provided reasonable pricing, and came back to install. Alll work was professional and the replacement window glass looks great. Thank you Shawn and Assistant...

My experience was with replacing house window glass only, no autos, etc.Vista was the only company I called that offered a free estimate - the others required a service charge. The estimator arrived on-time and quickly measured the windows and got us a quote on the spot. It was close to the same price as the other forms, but they were able to do the tinting as well.They needed about a week to have the glass delivered and contacted us to do the install when it came in. They were here in a day or two.It was a cold day and the caulk was stiff and the installer broke one of our existing windows - they replaced it for free (which I'd expect).When he was doing the install we noticed several additional windows that were leaking, so the installer got us an immediate quote with a great price so we ordered the additional glass.So far we are very happy with Vista - they have been very good people to deal with. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was the window they broke - accidents happen, but accountability....I will update the review if there is anything of note in the 2nd set of window installs.

I set an appointment with vista glass for a simple estimate The window was between 10-2, so I called at 1 to check on the appointment and they said it was on time. At 2:30 they called to tell me they'd be at my house in ten minutes, but arrived after 3. They didn't have the parts needed to fix windows, so they called me to reschedule. We agreed for the same time next week. The next week rolled around, nobody came so I called. Turns out they forgot to actually set the appointment in the systems, and scheduled me for the same time again the next week. The third appointment rolled around. Long story short they arrived 2 hours late. Finally they fixed the window...and the technician broke it. So we rescheduled for the same time next week....And they missed the appointment. There was never an apology, an admission of guilt, or the smallest offer of condolences. Update: The owner called himself, after hours. I felt it was a really humble decision. I feel if the owner is willing to speak and apologize to a customer himself it says a lot about his good intentions with his business. I can also accept that it was a series of mistakes that they don't usually make, and when the most offensive part was them never taking ownership; but the owner himself did, it does remedy that. The tech that did come to fix the window the second time was very quick, efficient, and kind. That experience alone with him would have been 5* easy so I do see value in working with Vista Glass under different circumstances. 3 stars because I have some concerns with the customer service and dispatch work and priorities; but I'm more confident about the potential of the company as a whole.

I called to ask about a quote today and asked if they travel to Green Valley. The gal that answered the phone said it depended. So I asked "depends on what"? Her reply was something to do with whether or not the glass was cut to my measurements. I said "that's not what I asked". I wanted to know if they serviced Green Valley because I was looking for a quote. So then, with an attitude responded yes for a fee. I think she decided the fee was $65. So I said, "let me get this straight. You are Going to charge me $65 to come to Green Valley, to give me a quote for a job I may hire your company for!" She said "yes"! I'm taking my business elsewhere. Certainly not the way to earn business and the possibility of referrals.

Replaced the back patio door glass at my house. Friendly and very tentative. Best price that I was quoted out of four companies.

I called for an appointment and lady said she would call me back in 15 mins it's been 2 weeks. They treat people with groupons differently I canceled groupon. I don't like being ignored.

We had several windows in our home, replaced by Vista glass 7 months ago. they ordered the wrong size glass for one of the larger sliding windows and had to come out and replace it again. A week ago one of the smaller solid windows developed a CRACK on the inside of the glass from end to end. I called Vista glass and they refused to cover it under warranty because it was BROKEN and they said that if it was a result of their workmanship, it would have cracked much sooner. They quoted me another $700 plus to replace a 32 1/2 x 32 1/2 inch window.I would not recommend this business because they did not stand behind their work.

Incredibly poor unprofessional service! I stillDon't have my windows tinted! Nothing GM but excuses, poor record keeping and lousy service! I've shown up there twice, each time there was an excuse for work not being able to proceed! This is 40 mike round trip for me. Very unprofessional.
