I'm so happy with the beautiful and expert upholstery work done on my chair. Victor and his staff (Paul & Cisco) were so professional, helpful and courteous. Victor recommended & helped select an excellent fabric, making the chair look much better than the Pottery Barn original. This is the 4th item they've reupholstered for me. I highly recommend them.

Wow! Victor did an amazing job fixing a leather couch that our puppy chewed! He also recovered our patio set which turned out fabulous! Would highly recommend!!

Our shop is on the east coast but our client is on the west coast. We searched for a long time to find the right upholsterer for our Tucson client. Based on the experience and over all reviews we chose Victors for our clients large work order. This morning we get a call from Mrs. T and she was just saving over and over how gorgeous all of her seating looked. She was so impressed with everything and how well she was treated. One year later and the 3 sofas have deteriorated into garbage. Must buy new. Run from this place. The dump showroom reflects the quality of his work.

Be aware he is not honest .I had a chair done buy him, it had been damaged by another company. He fixed the damage and returned the chair 9 weeks later with covering that was the end of the dye run and had circles of color light and dark . At end of dye lot lots of dye is expelled, not uniform in color. He refused to do anything about it and I am out$ 1800.00I am a senior living on fixed income .

Please find somewhere else to go. This place is a filthy mess and so is Victor! He basically is cash only so he doesn't have to declare income and pay taxes. He takes forever to complete a project and usually cannot give a cost upfront. Don't go here. They don't know what they are doing......

Victor's was amazing. First he remade outdoor chair cushions for less than half the price the patio stores wanted. The stripes matching was perfect and he suggested changing the edging so that they could be reversible. Then I had him recover a french chair and that was perfect too. For that one he suggested adding more padding on the seat, which helped plump it up and will make it last longer. He finished both jobs faster than he said (which was already pretty fast) and at the price he quoted.

Our 2 couches were first cleaned at Eldon's Cleaners and after we determined with Eldon's that the foam in our custom designed couches were too soft, we contacted Victor to refoam the cushions. 2 and a half months later, we finally got our cushions done properly. His first attempt was very inadequate with large spaces between the bottom cushions. Instead of agreeing with us, his customer service with us was very poor. He never took ownership that he missed measured (he had the couch frame also to make sure the cushions would fit) and also blamed Eldon for shrinking the cushions (which was inaccurate). His second attempt thankfully fixed the issue, but his customer service was the worse we have ever experienced in Tucson. All he had to do was agree it wasn't right and redo without arguing with us.

I am happy to share how pleased I am with the work Victor and his staff did on my wrought iron furniture. I bought a table, 4 chairs, 2 rockers, a 6' plant bench and a chaise lounge 20 years ago. Each piece was cleaned and sanded in preparation for painting and everything looks brand new. Thanks Victor!
