Velvet Vapors

I've ordered from them before and always received my order in decent time. I recently placed another order for the same item I always order from them.I never received my order (Over $55.00) and there is no phone # to contact them. That leaves me no other choice but to continue to email them (numerous times) and inquire where is my order?I did receive a confirmation that my order has shipped on October 25th but I never actually received it. That is why I tried so many times to contact them.Am I pissed off? You bet I am. So do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER from them.

any legitimate phone contact number would be appreciated. placed order and payment was accepted on 9/9/24. it is now 1/11/25, no products, no contact, but they took the payment right away. despite finding different location addresses, the phony phone numbers listed are just that...phony. we honestly thought this was an upstanding company. i guess not. no stars velvet vapors. you dont rate. ( they make posters add a star rating....this place hasnt earned any!!)

I gave a three star because they had always been a five star before... but, I too, also ordered something from them while they were moving and I haven't gotten it. Their phone number is out of service and they're not responding to emails. They did collect the costs of the order - but now nothing. I don't know what's happening since the move but I wouldn't order anything if you can't reach them by phone.
